I recently found that Sunscreen application step varies based on whether its physical and chemical.
 For chemical Sunscreen, we need to first apply sunscreen before moisturizer since chemical Sunscreens offer protection by penetrating into the skin. 
And for physical/Mineral sunscreen, Moisturizer first and after that sunscreen. As they provide protection as a shield on top of the skin.

Did you guys know this already? 
It's a new information for me so I wanted to share it with y'all.
No matter which step it is applied first, Don't forget to apply Sunscreen no matter what! ☺️

Edit- Calm down Everyone😅 I'm not in support of this method but just wanted to let the ones unaware know about it. I also use sunscreen as my last step and will prefer doing that.

Skincare Chemistry

When you have bare minimum expectation you win, but when you have high expectations you don't 😅.

I have filled out the form [ for skin1004 brightening Ampoule and toner] that was given. There was an option 'Yes but my review will be late' and I selected that so should I do a First impression or not?

My First Review posted and I feel cringy

●I'm assuming that the high concentration of Centella in this ampoule might be a drawback because of which I suspect i broke out (just my lookout ).

● It's a light weight, non-sticky and hydrating ampoule which will suit most skin types. 100% centella extract Might be too much for some people. Also, it's supposed to be a hydrating and calming ampoule so expecting too much wouldn't be a good option.

 ●It looks and feels very watery but as the Ampoule💧 touches the skin, a lil bit of viscosity can be felt.

●Has a very subtle scent, not overpowering at all.

It's the first ever ampoule that I tried so i didn't put too much expectations.

𝓣𝓱𝓮 𝓟𝓸𝓼𝓲𝓽𝓲𝓿𝓮𝓼 : 
●Upon the first application, my skin felt extremely soothing and cool

● I experience my skin feeling very well hydrated and plumped over the time; it also added a glowy effect on my skin ( ꈍᴗꈍ).

●My skin became a lil brighter.

●Very strangely, it gave me more breakouts but at the same time also helped calm my breakouts.

●I like toners for its hydration properties which i didn't find in this one. Infact, it left my skin feeling tight which is not something I want.
● I used it along with the Ampoule and it made my skin feel very dry and it did broke me out.
❄️OVERALL EXPERIENCE- 
● The toner is refreshing but not very hydrating. It leaves the skin feeling quite tight so you might not prefer it if you have damaged barrier or very dry skin. It did made my skin even toned (no drastic change though), though I've not seen it working on my Pie. 
One thing I found is that the products i received from Skin1004 so far none of them worked for me. I guess High percentage of Centella could be the reason so be mindful of that while making your purchase. 

● Extremely Light watery texture.
●Freshens and Brightens skin.
● 210 ml is quite a decent amount for the price.
● There is no artificial scent.

Oily skin peeps might not like it. It's on the heavy side. 
From what I heard, 5% Niacinamide is just enough and more than that is unnecessary and can sometimes cause irritation. I personally didn't experience anything bad but you should just be aware of it and do your own research.


I got the small size 15ml and was able to use it for around 15 days but thoroughly enjoyed the experience of this.
It has a slightly thick texture unlike other serums but sinks in very well and is very Hydrating.
Saw my skin plump up as I was using this.
Really like the fact that it contains Rice and Niacinamide two of my Favourite ingredients.
I saw my skin getting a little brighter after using this.

Would definitely repurchase this again. 

○ I thought I was purging using this product but it actually gave my skin break outs. I gave it another try after some time but it gave me little bumps everytime I used it.
○  it was quite heavy for my oily combination skin, I feel like it'll suit dry skin more because of the nourishing ingredients it contains.

It was not for me,  I bought this because the commercial of this product was so promising😅
 Thoughts↷
○ The texture is thick unlike the other cleansing oil I've tried
○  It Emulsifies very well
○  It helps decongest pores just like many oil cleansers do
○ It leaves a film on the skin after washing away so you definitely need a water based cleanser.
○ It comes with a stopper which is great for  the times when you want to take the product for travelling purpose without having to worry about spilling of product.

• Got some tiny bumps the next day
•Quite expensive than the other sheet mask
• Can&#39;t say much about the effects with just one use

• Contains Two sheets-
one for upper face(forehead, eyes and nose)
One for lower face (lips and chin)
This helps to cover alot of area which is difficult with other sheet masks
• There is a Generous amount of essence in the sheet mask
•the sheet is very soft and smooth
•Provides a cooling sensation
