it's okay to mix vitamin e and vitamin b3 niacinamide.my moisturizer is vitamin e and serum is niacinamide i don't know if safe to mix or not,any concern?

Its also good for combination and not for sensitive but its help to remove blackheads because of key ingredients salicylic acid
