Hello everyone for a starter picky member I dont know how to start building a routine for skincare both day and night. I've been using random cleanser, soap, and just aloe vera but since my skin is not getting better I wanted to actually invest starting today. Can anyone guide me what products I should look for. 

My case is small almost flat red acnes or brown spots that never leaves 

Ps. Products with Niacinamide makes my acne glaring red so I avoid that.
