I've been using cerave foaming cleanser since 2020 but these days it makes my skin feels tight. Should I change my cleanser?

I need help cause I really don't know what to do.  Right now, i don't even have a basic skincare such as cleanser,moisturiser or sunscreen cause everything makes my skin break out

Im scared to post this but I really need help because I really don't know what to do. My skin has been like this for over a year now. I still have active acne so I don't want to focus on healing my PIE scars, cause I'm afraid it'll trigger more acne. p/s I'm still a teenager :)
