I didn't find this B3 serum to be as hydrating and barrier repairing as Paula's Choice 20% 

For those who haven’t tried niacinamide before, but have skin concerns like acne, oily skin and/or hyperpigmentation it would definitely be worth a try; this is also very affordable! VitaB3 serum contains 10% niacinamide in addition to 2% alpha arbutin which is great if you're wanting to target and treat dark spots. It takes consistent use though, so don’t get discouraged. My tip would be to apply this after toner and not directly on skin, especially for skin that needs hydration.
