I have a 6 year old and a 4 year old, should I start putting sunscreen daily?  And what products are okay for kids?

How old should kids start putting on sunscreen?

I couldn't stand my skin anymore and tried the free consultation of PDS.  

My derma suggested using Benzoyl Peroxide but the brand available in Mercury - Benzac is out of budget.  Any recos for budget-friendlier alternatives?  That is also FDA approved?

It contains fragrance, but technically it&#39;s just added more aloe scent.  It&#39;s faint.

Also, it has added brillaint blue fcf.

To be honest, I don&#39;t mind because it&#39;s quite faint.  And based on trying it out, it worked well with my skin.

It works well on oily skin.  I&#39;m very oily and combined with my routine, I can say that it worked well for my skin.  It&#39;s SPF50+ and PA+++.  

Key ingredients are titanium dioxide and zinc dioxide.  But it does not leave a white cast.  Some other key hydrating ingredients are beeswax, glyceryl stearate, and sodium hyaluronate.  I love the skin calming ingredients too such as Aloe Leaf Juice and Centella Asiatic Extract.  Other extracts are present but I&#39;m not sure what their purpose is for the skin.  

It contains alcohol but these only make the entire formula easier to be absorbed by the skin.  We always have to look at it as a whole product and not just nitpicking each ingredient.  It needs all to work harmoniously.  

So far, for my oily and acne prone skin, it&#39;s worked fine.

Texture: creamy and light and blends well.  
Price (in PH): got it for P206 on sale and free shipping for 70g of product.

I&#39;m trying to omit the moisturizer for just this since it already has a lot of hydrating and moisturizing ingredients.

Been using this since it arrived, around more than a month now.  I&#39;m so happy with this product.  Even with the fragrance, it&#39;s doing well with my skin.  I included this in my benzoyl peroxide and tretinoin (am and pm) routine.  1 day I decided to use my other brand of sunscreen one day and had gotten little breakouts so I had to go back to this product.  I&#39;ve already ordered another tube because I&#39;m halfway through my current tube.  I&#39;m happy with this product.

It stings a bit.  But since it&#39;s only for the affected and active acne, it&#39;s okay with me.

To be honest, I&#39;ve used up tubes and tubes of this.  It works so well with my cystic acne.  As soon as I feel one coming up, I immediately put this on.  I put a small amount, smaller than pea-sized and then onto the active pimple and next morning I will immediately see difference.  For small pimples, it will definitely flatten it out the next morning.  

It&#39;s priced reasonably and can be found in Healthy Options here in the Philippines.  I think it&#39;s P350 for 14g of product.

You will need this if you have sporadic bouts of cystic acne, like when that time of the month is coming.  The 2% salicylic acid really works.

Hmmmm?  It&#39;s only available in Shopee and Lazada.  But since (as of writing this review) we&#39;re in a Pandemic and going out is not really advisable, online shopping is just the ticket.

I couldn&#39;t find much about this simple moisturizer, I&#39;ve only read the current 3 available reviews on Picky.  What&#39;s amazing about this?  

Well looking at the ingredients list, some that caught my attention were glycerin, phytosqualene, sodium hyaluronate, panthenol, madecassoside, beta glucan, and centella asiatica.  This also contains niacinamide and nothing wrong about having that as an ingredient that&#39;s part of your moisturizer.  🙌

So many hydrating ingredients and yet the texture is gel-cream.  When you spread it all over the face, you feel that hydration.  And what I love about it is... FRAGRANCE FREE!  One more time... fragrance free.  I just love products especially moisturizers that are fragrance free.

It also helps with the sebum production, noticed it managed my sebum and prevented it from becoming too oily.  So I would say, this is good for oily and acne-prone skin.

For it&#39;s price, I can definitely say I&#39;m buying this again.  P249 with free shipping via Shopee.  You&#39;ll get 50ml of product, that is definitely worth the price.

Been using this for 4 weeks now.  I&#39;m happy with this.  It&#39;s not the magical moisturizer that makes your skin crazy plump and renewed the next day.  It&#39;s a simple moisturizer that works well.  For it&#39;s price, it&#39;s already really good.  I&#39;ve been on tretinoin and noticed my cheeks are now a bit dry.  I tried removing moisturizer in the mornings to try and lessen sebum production, I only use Baroness Aloe Vera Sun Cream but since tretinoin is quite strong, I decided to add it again in the mornings.  Still so good for my routine.

Ingredients are not so clean.
Contains alcohol.
Contains added fragrance.

But it works for me.

This is probably one I keep buying.  It just works so well.
Didn&#39;t give me breakouts.

Tried and tested UVA and UVB PA++++ sunscreen.  Japan has been a master at sunscreens!  

Love the consistency too.  Works well under foundation.  Not thick and definitely no white cast.  It comes out white gel then liquifies quickly and gets easily absorbed by the skin.

It mainly helps soothe skin so there aren&#39;t any special ingredient that will wow you.  You can probably opt to take it out of the skin care routine.

If you have so many active ingredients that go into your skin care routine then this essence toner is for you.  I put it on especially if I&#39;m doing like vitamin c moisturizer at the end.  

The texture is like water, it easily slides off skin and easily gets absorbed, around 1-2 seconds.  Then I put the active serum in next.

I love that the ingredients list is quite short.  But mainly it helps calm the skin.
