Helloo! I was wondering what is the best way to apply toner? I have been doing it with a cotton pad but since I ran out and also i've been seeing some who put their toner by tapping it in their face and so i try it. So far, I'm not really sure if its the right thing?

In my case, I use this local brand for a month and I usually take 1 week rest before using another brand. But this time, i didnt take a rest and now my pimples are showing.
