I live in a country where we have to depend on Reseller to purchase The Ordinary products.

And I have one reseller that I trust. I bought TO Retinol in Squalane from them. But I was surprised the product color is so yellow and it has clot in their liquid. Is this something normal? And the smell of the product is completely different from usual

They insisted they bought originally from Deciem Hongkong. And they also claimed the product is not oxidized?

What should I do? They seems reluctant to give a refund or exchange.

Hi everyone, I need your help! 

I have a favorite moisturizer for my morning routine, it's Centella Calming Gel Cream from IUNIK. 

But it's not moisturizing and hydrating enough for my night time routine. I usually mixed the gel cream with The Ordinary, Natural Moisturizing Factors. 

And now I'm looking for new moisturizer that has thicker consistency or at least same as TO moisturizer.

Do you guys have any recommendation? Preferably Korean brand, since it's easier for me to purchase.

Thicc Moisturizer Recommendation

Hi guys! You read it right!
This is the first time I bought Retinol product from the Ordinary. Haven't use it tho 😆

But I just realize this product only has 3 months after opening it. There is no way I could finish it all of them within 3 months.


Can I use it on my back and chest? Since I'm suffering from body acne too. Do you guys have any sugesstion how to maximize the usage of product? 🤔

How to Finish Retinol in 3 Months?

I've been using TO Retinol for six months already, and I'm loving it, it doesn't cause me any irritation or breakouts. Now I'm looking for a retinol product with better formulation. Because I think I need to step up my retinol game a bit. 😆

I need your help to recommend me some alternatives, I prefer Korean/Asian brands since it's easy to purchase from my country (Indonesia).

Alternatives for the Ordinary Retinol

Hi guys, I need your opinion! 

I've been using Simple Micellar Facial Gel Wash, for a year. But from what I heard it's been discontinued, and in my country (Indonesia), it's really hard to purchase a new one, since it's been out of stock everywhere. 

I'm in love with this specific cleanser! But I need a replacement. 😭😭😭

So, I've been thinking to change my cleanser to a La-Roche Posay  "Toleriane Purifying Foaming Facial Wash" or "Toleriane Hydrating Gentle Facial Cleanser". But I kinda doubtful it'll have the same experience as the Simple one. 🙃 

I need your opinion is it worth it to try LRP as the replacement, which one should I get? Or do you guys have any other recommendations?

Simple Facial Wash Replacement

But, the controversy makes it otherwise. I don&#39;t feel comfortable using this as my moisturizer before my sunscreen, it feels heavy and sticky to mix them both.

Honestly, if this was really SPF 50. I&#39;d consider this as my holy grail. I do really wish they&#39;ll come out with new formula with same finish. 😢

I cannot use this at night, it doesn&#39;t moisture my skin enough. Because I&#39;m always in AC room all night, I had to use a thicker moisturizer.

This is my holy grail. It&#39;s hard to find a good moisturizer in a humid tropical country, without giving my skin oily&#47;greasy feeling.

It absorbs quickly, doesn&#39;t have shiny effect. 1 bottle can last at least 3-4 months (I use on morning routine only)

Previously I use 99% aloe vera gel as my everyday moisturizer, but it doesn&#39;t help my skin concerns, I used to have cystic acne and some breakouts. Since I&#39;m using this IUNIK gel (combining with other serums), my acne has calmed down a lot and the scars 60% fade away.

Already on my second bottle. Thanks to Hyram for recommending this. ❤

I prefer the unscented one, just because I feel more safe without any essential oil.

The controversy says it only has SPF 19. I do really wish they&#39;ll come out with new formula with same finish. (But I already finished it before the conteoversy news) 😢

No whitecast, doesn&#39;t feel heavy or sticky. Smells kinda nice, eventho I have allergic towards essential oil, this product doesn&#39;t cause me any irritation.

Nothing! I can use this every night  without problem!

This is my favorite night time moisturizer. It was really hard for me to find a good night time moisturizer, that doesn&#39;t give me greasy or sticky feeling. 

I was skeptical on my first bottle, I don&#39;t see any improvement on my skin. Eventho I know I love the texture and it gives me enough hydration. 

But since I can&#39;t find any good alternative I purchase my second bottle. And now I&#39;m loving it, I can see my acne scar slowly fades away, no more dull ness, my skin glowy.

The price is kinda high and hard to find, especially in my country 🇮🇩 I would rate it 5&#47;5 if it has SPF on it.

The best lip balm I have ever used. It moisturized my lips perfectly for 10 hours. When I use it at night, it&#39;ll make my lips smooth in the morning. The texture kinda like lip gloss with a light rosy tint.
