💧 Hi wonderful people. Let’s talk about hard water. Can you tell the difference between hard water and soft water? I have a water softener and we routinely need to add salt in order to keep the water soft. 

💦 Soft water helps soap lather well and cleansing products work well. When the water is hard, soap or cleansers do not lather and ones skin feels dry, hard and even drier. When one uses hard water there can be an increase in clogged pores, irritation and itchiness. One also uses more soap/ cleanser when water is hard and that exercerbates the problems. 

💧 if you notice your cleanser or soap even while showering is not lathering, your water is hard. Make changes and protect your skin. When using hard water, you feel squeaky, when water is soft, there is a soft silky slip to the skin. That is what it should feel like. 

💦 Hard water does not cause skin problems, but it is worsen existing ones that you are trying to heal or improve. For those of you with water softeners, check your salt levels from time to time. Take care! ♥️

🍃Aloe Nature Republic aloe mist. This was in my car to mist on hot days. Loved it. 5/5
🖤Acwell 5.5 Licorice toner. Love using this after I cleanse in the morning. Preps my face for the rest of the skincare regimen. 5/5
❤️ Cosrx BHA emulsion. Used this sometimes before a moisturizer. Felt smooth and applied very well. 5/5
💛May Coop raw sauce. Used as an essence. Love the smell and how well it applies. Little goes a long way. Finishing up a small amount currently. 5/5
🍊 Cosrx vitamin C serum C23. It stung in the beginning and I got used to it as time went on. Did not notice any skin changes. Kept it in the fridge to prevent oxidizing. 3/5. I will try others. 
🧡Blithe Apricot pressed serum. Loved this serum which was different from usual droppers. Loved the smell and feel of it. Larger jars are not cheap so the small one was worth a try. Would save to buy the big one. 5/5
💛 May Coop raw concentra day cream. This is light and jelly like. Great for summers and even in winter I added an oil. Has fragrance but that does not bother me.  5/5.

I have tried Huxley sleep mask and was not impressed. I’m now trying cosrx honey mask. It’s ok. I have to add an oil otherwise it feels dry still and not as moisturizing. Please suggest ones I can try for dry skin. Thanks.

I just wish it came in at least a tube containing 80-100ml of product. 50ml is just so little! Is that too much to ask? 

This just might be my holy grail of recent spf products. It is smooth and light. Has barely any scent, does not sting my eyes and has ZERO white cast. Applies effortlessly and absorbs well leaving the skin feeling featherly light. You cannot even tell you applied anything on it! 

The mask was not memorable for me. It was rather boring.

💙MY OPINION💛
 I had never heard of this brand and I guess it's new. I was excited to try it but the mask was honestly not worth writing home about, so I will give it to my daughter. Nothing exciting came from the use or trial of this mask. It's too light to be a mask. 
The essence on the other hand was smooth and felt amazing on the skin. It played well with other products. I could use it everyday and I loved that it had no scent. I would buy the essence again. It left my skin moisturized and supple to the touch.

Nothing bad. I just did not see an immediate glow on my skin as earlier claimed. I did find benefit on other parts of my body such as my nail beds and cuticles.

🔸MY OPINION 
I absolutely love cute dropper bottles with products that have a unique color. This face oil has an almost burgundy pink color that is clear. No scent noted at all which is fine but scents do not really bother me. I did not see any obvious glow to my skin tone but loved the added hydration it provided. Sometimes I applied it on its own and other times added it to my moisturizer; depending on the weather. I even applied it to my cuticles and noticed my nails glow and nail beds improve. My 10 y/o daughter uses it this winter on her face and I noticed the glow on her face!

I tried this ampoule because I like the brand in general. It is a clear product and light in texture. I used a whole dropper-full as this helped in moisturizing and soothing my skin. I tried less before but after a while found a dropper sufficient. No scent is noted and is not sticky.

•Centella Asiatica extract

Claims:
•soothing
•anti-inflammatory 
•brightening 

Comes in a 30ml glass bottle and dropper. It costs about $32 at sokoglam. Might be cheaper elsewhere. I used it after toners, essences and serums. I would repurchase. 

White cast that I thought would disappear. When I applied a small amount on my skin, it faded and absorbed well. Then I proceeded to apply on my face the right amount required. I needed to really rub it in. I went for a bike ride and it looked grayish on my face still even after 2 hours. I will use when out and about on my body but not on my face. Not recommended on darker skin.
