I got giveaway from picky, but havent received the package yet and it has been more than 1 month. The tracking is not moving since 7 July. I have emailed picky but not response and they keep asking me to submit the video 😭any help, please?

Is it normal for a cushion to be empty after 10 times usage? 🤔 I have several cushion like that 🥲. Normal usage, I use 2-3 puff everyday.

The texture is too light, maybe not that moist for people with very dry skin

Packaging: very nice packaging, does not leak, has pump which is very hygene

Texture: light texture, absorbed easily, does not greasy

My thoughts: I like using this product in my day and night skincare, it does moist my oily skin, helps brighten my skin, and make my skin feels plumpy in the morning

Brighten and moisturize my skin a lot. Every time I feel lazy to do 10 step skincare, I will just use this sheet mask for 15 minutes then go to sleep. Easy to use also, and the serum doesnt leak from its packaging.

I think its too moist, a little bit greasy. You should wear this 30 minutes before applying any makeup products, let your face absorb it first

Spf very good, can cover all my face from uva and uvb. Not harsh on my sensitive skin, and not drying. 

Havent found any negative things about this product

Light texture, easily spread, does not sticky and irritated my eyes. Does not have fragrance which is nice for my skin

Its less moisturing, so you have to use hydrating toner or serum after using this product to enhance your skin barrier

The toner is very great on cleansing my pores and make my face less oily. Its great because the fragrance not too strong, so my face can tolerate it
