Hi pickies! I wanted to know your suggestions for a lightweight moisturiser for oily skin… 🧐 
I am currently using the bonajour green tea water bomb but, even tho it is lightweight, I kinda feel like an oily film after applying?! So I’m starting to dislike it & think I will use it for my body instead, but I’ll be happy to hear your suggestions! 
Is the youth to the people air whip cream a good option ? I’m eyeing it rn 👀

Hey y’all 🙋🏻‍♀️! Do you have an unpopular opinion on a product or a brand, for example a product that everyone raves about that didn’t work for you ?

I’ll go first : I’m really not a fan of rovectin’s treatment lotion 🤨 I feel like it’s just an hydrating toner like any others and it feels sooo sticky on my skin 😮‍💨

My first impression is about the packaging. I love how minimalist is it and yet it does look expensive lol.
The dropper are also very good, because sometimes in some serums the dropper is kinda stuck in the bottle, if you know what I mean 🤥 but not here happily !

🥉The peptide serum :
At first I was kinda confused about how to use peptide because I’ve never used it before! But I did some research and added it to my nighttime routine.
It spreads really easily on the skin and absorb fast (love that). I’ve seen some people saying it’s a bit sticky but it’s really not that much! 
Anyway this serum is really good and it did calm my redness over the night. I think it firmed my skin a little also. 
I don’t use it with others actives like bha, so I didn’t apply it every night but more like 3 nights per week.
Overall this is a really nice serum 💛

🥈 The hyaluronic acid serum :
This one is sticky sticky, but I loveeee that (unpopular opinion, I love sticky products). I use it on damp skin since it’s better for the ha molecules to penetrate deeper on the skin and hold water. It absorbs pretty fast and really does the job! My skin is really plumped and clearer since I use this 🖤

🥇 The jojoba serum :
I know it’s called serum, but this is a face oil. I’m usually not a fan of face oil and don’t use one often. But I gave this one a try and was not disappointed. It smells good, and feels so nice on the skin! I use it at the very last step of my nighttime routine, after my moisturiser. The way it calms the redness of my skin is insane. It hydrates really much and my skin never looked this happy. 

They do all absorb really good. Also my hyperpigmentation is a bit fading away, and these products did help 🥳

The only complaint is that the bottle could be bigger, because 20ml isn’t so much…But honestly a little goes a long way with these serums, so don’t worry about that.

I LOVE THIS TONER SM!
Y’all I really recommend you (no matter you skin type) to switch to a milky toner in fall/winter. It’s game changing!
This toner is milky and very moisturising but not to heavy for oily skin. I can go up to 3 layers and after my skin is so juicy and plumped 🤭 it is really soothing and can help a bit for PIE or irritated skin (like mine) 
It contains amazing ingredients like Ceramide np or centella asiatica AND (it matters to me) the glass-ish matte packaging feels sooo luxurious in your hands ! I recommend it to every skin type (it doesn’t have any fragrances)

These are pretty much invisible on the skin. Love that it’s very affordable compared to other brands :) i have one on the video and you can barely see it!

Nothing bad, good product with a really decent quantity !

Now, the toner. It has brightening purpose, contains 90% of centella asiatica, but it is also slightly exfoliating, perfect for daily use.

I use it in my morning routine and, sometimes, in my nighttime routine too. It is really lightweight and watery, but it absorbs so well onto the skin and makes it baby soft. Paired with the ampoule, it does a good job to brighten your skin. Honestly, it’s a basic toner but a good one, effective. I think I might have a preference for the toner, instead of the ampoule. 

Don’t forget to be CONSISTENT if you want to see an improvement in your overall complexion. Do not give up too soon. Hyperpigmentation takes months (sometimes years) to be treated. 

I think this is a reliable toner, good for all skin types, which could help with hyperpigmentation, if paired with other brightening-focused products! 🙌🏼

Its not the fastest in term of pimple’s absorbtion, but i think these one are still above arevage ! Here’s a pimple patch removal, so you can see that’s not everything has been absorbed.

I love the fact that they conceived different patches for day & night, but what i love the most is that it has different sizes (4 different i think), according to your pimple size !

First, big thanks to picky and skin1004 for giving me this + the toner. Also I’m so sorry for the overdue.. 
 
First, this serum is so pretty ?? With those little capsules inside that melts in contact with the skin. Lovely. 👀

Skin1004 uses centella asiatica from Madagascar as its main ingredient. It has soothing and antibacterial properties. I honestly didn’t notice a soothing effect, but that’s ok because I have other serums for this purpose.
Now, this ampoule also contains niacinamide and tranexamic acid to brighten the skin. The serum is a bit thick but not sticky and absorbs quickly onto the skin.

As someone with PIE, a form of hyperpigmentation, I was excited to try it. I’m not disappointed. I started to notice some slight changes in term of brightening. (remember that consistence is the key for hyperpigmentation, do not give up on a product because u didn’t see the effects after trying it two weeks.)
My whole routine is focused on brightening so this ampoule, plus the toner, plus my other products, are really starting to improve my hyperpigmentation 🤪 
So it’s a yes for me + the bottle is huge, it will last a looong time.
