Has anyone else not received there CommonLabs Products

So the deadline for the CommonLabs Vitamin E Calming Ampoule and Light Cream is pretty much here and I haven't even received my product yet. The tracking states that it has arrived at the airport that's about an hour away from me and it hasn't moved in 3 days. I was wondering if I was the only one who hadn't received the product yet?

An oops turned into an OMG!!!

I was in the shower the other day and forgot to grab my new bottle of body wash as I finished the other bottle during my last shower. My choices were shampoo, my husband's body wash, or my Dr. Brandt Pore Purifying Cleanser with Salicylic Acid, Tea Tree Oil & White Willow Bark. I figured let's use my cleanser. Well I absolutely cannot believe how amazing my skin felt. While rinsing off my skin felt incredibly smooth and soft. Once I got out of the shower and started to put on my body serum I was still in shock as to not only how my skin felt but to how fast my serum was absorbing into my skin. In the cold months I get ingrowns on my legs from wearing jeans all the time and I have even noticed a reduction in my ingrowns. Just a little FYI I shower everyday and shave my legs every 3rd day and I use a body scrub the day after I shave my legs which was the day I had to use my facial cleanser) I have tried everything to deal with my dry skin and ingrowns, then one forgetful day in the shower I find a product that has literally changed my skin. Also my body wash is supposed to help get rid of dead skin and help with dry skin and it has help quite a bit but nothing like my Dr. Brandt cleanser has. Have you ever had a product that just completely amazed you at how well it worked?
