i've been using salycilic acid 2x everyweek and a clay mask once a week what else helps?

I've been using salycilic acid consistently for over 5 months, and I want to introduce the by wishtrend 5% mandelic acid to my routine. 

Would I still go through a purging phase if I introduce the mandelic acid, even though I've been using salycilic acid, which also causing purging when you first start using it?

Also, could I use the two together with just my usual moisturizer? (salycilic acid and mandelic acid) I have sensitive skin, so I'm unsure.

Question Regarding Purging!

I'm rlly trying to distinguish the two but I can't figure it out. Please help! I think the cosrx snail mucin moisturizer may have been the culprit.

some people have very bad allergic reactions to snail mucin.

helped my skin barrier and calmed my skin down by hydrating it. 

clogged my oily skin, gave me a bunch of textured bumps and i don't even know if it's fungal or if it's clogged pores ☹️
