I have oily skin but I like serums / moisturizers that keep my face hydrated throughout the night. Does anyone have any recommendations on some good serums?

Happy new year everyone! Tbh 2021 was kind of a dramatic year, and I feel like I should've given some time to think about myself more :"( My main goals are:

- get 2k on @daily_yeliah
- find a good skincare routine that fits me well
- dye my hair dark green 
- stop watching so many Kdramas and only finishing a couple cuz I get sick of it by ep 12..
- study before exams instead of the night before
- find a good 23 shade semi-matte / matte cushion

There's a lot of tmi in there ahahsh, what are ur main goals for 2022? Hope u guys have a better year!

I don't have acne prone skin but when I do get pimples, they tend to be quite big and sore :"( Instead of covering them thickly with concealer like I used to do all the time, lately I've been looking for some effective pimple patches! If you know any please share 🥰💕

Pimple patch recommendations?

It's quite drying. I like using this after I wash my face and it feels super tight after it dries on your face. I have oily-resilient skin so I wouldn't recommend it to those who have dry skin. 

I like that it applies smoothly so it feels like you're applying cream onto your face. When you wash it off it comes off really well almost like it melts off, it's really satisfying how it washes off :") It doesn't make ur pores disappear like magic but it does help tighten them. It said its recommended to use it a couple of times a week and I only use it sometimes so I think it's be more effective when used more frequently. 

However now that I've been using this product for over a year, I've emptied 3 bottles, there isn't a huge difference every single time I use it. I feel like now this is more of a part of my skincare routine than something that I look for only sometimes (like mask packs). Another bad side to this product is that your eyes can feel slightly stingy after applied, I think this is mostly because I use cleansing balms to remove my mascara and I put too much uh pressure? On my lashes already. 

It's really effective when you use it for the first time. When I first used this, the first few weeks my lashes grew longer and I could feel the difference a lot. I have quite weak underlashes so I found this product really great when first purchased. I also find that when I use I again after taking a break from it, I realize how weak my lashes were before. I'd recommend this to those who are looking for a cheap eye lash serum that is effective for weak lashes, but it does have its limits.

It's not super long lasting. It may be because I have oily skin and my face gets red and heated easily, especially in summer, buy I found that the velvety finish is long gone after a several hours. It also has no coverage, which is normal as it's only a toneup cream, so you need to use concealer if you want a perfect base. I'd recommend applying powder when using this if you have oily skin like me, as that will help make it last longer :")

I love the soft and velvety finish, it applies lightly but the formula is slightly thick and creamy. It also feels kind of cool when applied, so it's great to use when ur face is heated. It tones up your face naturally without making it too white (I'm shade 23), so I use it a lot when I'm doing natural makeup! The spf is 50 so I use it as a sunscreen as well hehe.
