I burned my skin using the aha/bha toner and, as a spot treatment, benzoyl-peroxide. Now I look like a dalmatian. 😭🐕

I would really appreciate it if you could tell me how to fix it, what kind of ingredients to look for.

Should I put on sunscreen when going outside if the UV index is 0-1 all day long where I live? 

I read that I don't necessarily need any sunscreen if the UVI is below 3. I use 2 apps to check it every day before I leave.
