The pad is made out of gauze, so it kind of feels like the gauze you commonly use for wounds. It has a little bit of a rough texture, since the pad is made out of gauze. As for the scent, It smells a little medicinal, smells like herbs.

It does calm my skin a little bit! What i love about it is it gives my skin a glass effect immediately after using. It's definitely nourishing. As for its effect on blemish, i feel like you will get better results when used with a serum that targets dark spots.

↳ How i use it! ⁀➷
I usually cut it into 2, to maximize full use. Usually i place it on top of inflammated areas on my face, and i leave it on for around 5 mins. Then i take the pad and swipe across my face to maximize use of the essence. It's really nice to have! It works with most ingredients and it has calming effects 🫧🩵

It definitely lives up to its name, as it does feel like a serum! It doesn't feel like your typical lotions that are thick. It feels like a thick serum. The color is an opaque type of white. The scent is definitely strong, it's very noticeable when you apply it or put it on. Smells like a typical lotion though, it doesn't smell like anything very specific.

For context, i shave my legs & arms. I've attached a picture of my leg with the flash on. I wouldn't say my legs are perfect, but i'm definitely happy with them. It feels really smooth, and i don't get any bumps. After i apply this lotion, my leg just feels so smooth! It moisturizes so well. It definitely helps to remove any dark spots. If you use this lotion consistently every night, if you scrub once a week, and use a chemical exfoliant twice a week, you will definitely achieve smooth legs!

↳ How i use it! ⁀➷
I uze this during the night. I do use it during the day sometimes, however i prefer wearing sunscreen instead of lotion during the daytime. I put an ample amount on my arms and legs, and i spread it. Sometimes, i like to add a few drops of my favorite niacinamide serum, just cause i feel like it has an effect, and i use a serum that i dont use on my face. (You dont have to do this though!) That's it! Its very simple!

The lotion that keeps my legs smooth!

There is nothing bad about this product! Can't get enough!

Thtis moisturizer is my holy grail! Its super lightweight, it has a gel-like consistency and it's not greasy or oily. Used it consistently for several months and it totally made my dark spots disappear

Since it's runny, even if you can't feel it the oil runs down your hands all the way up to your elbows. be mindful of that and always wash your hands up to your elbows before and after washing face.

It's lightweight and easy to use. Takes off all my makeup and sunscreen too. When used correctly, it won't break you out. really love it for unclogging pores, so sometimes i use it for longer thhan a minute. Since it has a thin formula, i suppose it gets into your pores easier.

Doesn't have a wide shade range, best to use in cold climate only. Formula is quite thick.

It doesn't have much of a scent, definitely there aren't any fruit-like fragrances to it. It has that usual manufacturing smell but it's not strong. The texture is quite like foundation but a little bit thinner. It definitely feels matte when you apply it on your skin. The puff however is very very soft and it feels really nice.

I didn't really use this product since the shade was too light, (keep in mind i got the darkest shade available) it makes me look like a ghost when i use it. I hope they add darker shades in the future, so i can do a proper analysis! Its quite thick, so i think its better to use in cold climate countries. 

As of now, i have no plans to repurchase this.

FAVE!! Fave serum from The Ordinary, honestly like it better than the niacinamide serum 👀 It's sooo moisturizing and it doesn't feel heavy! Feels very nourishing on my skin, i love love love the texture! Will definitely buy again!
