I received this products for free from Picky and L’éssential in exchange for my honest review. 

Decided to post this early because I already emptied the whole kit. This line is composed of a cleanser, toner, serum and cream that’s perfect for soothing and moisturizing combination to oily skin.

00 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗿: This one is creamy and foamy when mixed with water. I love how moisturizer it feels and how bouncy it made my skin. I don’t appreciate the menthol-ly smell but overall its a good cleanser but I’ve tried better.

01 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿: Love this toner! Its so cooling and hydrating! It feels so refreshing. I love how it suites my oily skin as it absorbs so easily and settles into a matte finish. Can definitely be used in the morning.

02 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘂𝗺: My personal favorite! I love how it is not a typical serum in a bottle/dropper. It has a light and milky texture and a signature blue color for Azulene. Love how it made my skin bright (yes for Niacinamide!) and it calmed my hormonal acnes. It is also perfect for oily skin and gives off a matte finish. I will definitely repurchase!

03 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺: Will also repurchase this one! This is a perfect gel moisturizer for oily skin at its so lightweight and cooling. Also love the sweet scent which reminds me of candies. It gives off a moisturized feeling while looking matte.

Léssential is underrated

Is it possible that Vit C doesn’t work on certain people? This is what I use and I understand that it’s mild but it should’ve worked by now on my acne marks. 

I didn’t feel any irritation or sensitivity. Its normal but it just doesn’t work. 

Can u suggest other brightening ingredients (for acne marks) 😊

Not a bad thing but this product is not for beginers so do build up your acid tolerance if you wanna use this. Also high risk for irritation and over exfoliation so be careful in using this. Avoid counterfeit products!

Thoughts: Is this product hyped? YES. Is this product worth the hype? DEFINITELY YES! To be honest I was scared to get this product because of the high concentration of AHA (You can get results from as low as 2%) and this is considered as a powerful exfoliant. I decided to build up my acid tolerance and just wait for a couple of months to try this. 

Experience: Have been using this for 5 weeks now, 2 times a week in my PM routine. It is watery in texture but leaves a tacky, slightly sticky film that goes away in a few minutes. I did experience warmth during the first 2 weeks of using it. But its not burning nor painful. I get a hint of the Tasmanian berry (i think thats what im smelling 😅) but its barely there. I got visible results in my 3rd week. Pimple marks faded, less texture and bumps, my pores significantly looked smaller and clean around the nose area. The morning after using this, my face always looks plump and brighter

I didnt expect this one to be that good! Especially for oily skin. First I bought sample packs good for a week just in case it doesn’t work out for my skin. 

Initial thought is that its heavier than gel creams but still lighter than most moisturizers. It has no scent so I never worried about irritation. What worries me is if its too heavy. BUT upon application, it literally melts in your skin. It absorbs easily and gives off a matte finish. Considering that I live in a very humid country, this one is really good! I tried to layer Laneigh sleeping pack just to try out how it will turn out. Its still good, I did not have any problems with it. The next morning, my face is pretty plump and bouncy which I never got from my other creams. Im satisfied with this 🥰

Now I got the full size and im pretty excited.

🍀Cons: Going overboard with this can leave the skin dry and sensitive. I also felt a tingling sensation in my eyes when using this. 

🍀Overall: 3.5&#47;5 (Will go back to my usual Chemical Exfoliant but will still use this on special nights when I feel like pampering myself 😍)

🌱Thoughts: I love how easy to use this! It comes in a tub and with a tiny spatula so its not messy at all. It glides smoothly and I can use 2 scoops for the whole face! (check out the video ⭐️)

🍀Experience: I only use this 2 times a week in replacement of my usual chemical exfoliant (TO Glycolic). Its really easy to use as compared to other clay masks (Aztec 👀) so I’m always looking forward to when its time to use this. It hardens after 15-20 mins (I usually wash it around 15 mins) there is no tightening or painful feeling. Upon washing it immediately softens so its really easy to remove. 

🍀Recommended? Yes! For really oily skin. 🥰
My face feels really clean right after.

Its not bad but there is nothing particularly special with it. Its good and effective. The mild fragrance tho, I did not experience any irritation but it might cause some on super sensitive skin. I thought it would smell more like matcha or earthy like green tea. Otherwise, it all good!

I love SomebyMi’s Super Matcha Line! It suites well with my oily skin and sensitive skin. 

This one is a good cleanser. As the first step in the routine, it cleanses well, it does have a mild floral scent (which I dont mind on a wash off product). Its a gel cleanser but it foams nicely when you mix it with water or on the wet face. 

I love that does not feel too clean, it does not strip off my face. My face feels really smooth after using it. I love how it makes my face feel fresh and healthy.  Overall I love this and I’ll keep using it with the rest of thd line.

❗️What I did not like is the strong tea tree scent. Coming from using fragrance free products, it is quite surprising although I did not experience any irritation whatsoever.

A good foaming cleanser for my oily skin (I prefer something milder). 
Would be more suited for dry skin 😉

☁️What is it? Foaming cleanser that hydrates, conditions and cleanses pores. It uses amino acids instead of SLS to make sure that skin is not stripped of its moisture. 

☁️ Features: It comes in a pump that dispenses the foam automatically. It has a strong tea tree fragrance and it also has other extracts (pineapple, grapefruit, anise, olive,..shea butter) 

☁️ Experience: It is known that foaming cleansers are perfect for oily skin (like mine) but this one really changes the game. It is deeply moisturizing and refreshing. My face felt soft and plump every after use and it still cleans nicely. I also do not get the tightening and itchy feeling right after.

I love how easy it is to use and how I do not need to make an extra effort to foam it up 🥰

I feel like this is perfect for dry and acne prone skin because of the ingredients.
