Can someone tell me why my hair is like this ? 
It’s thinning at the ends , i am not using heat , i’m using Redken acid bonding concentrate , oiling , LoReal inforcer line and olaplex oil …. Noting seems to help the hair at the ends . ( Btw i shower 3 times a week i do ACV rinse once a week , my hair is super oily)

So I think i have a serious problem..
I’ve lost my emails or someone hacked my account and I cannot find anywhere the emails that picky sent . I have won 2 giveaways first was in 19 of September i have not received anything not emails not a phone call nothing. How can i get in touch with Picky to ask about shipping info and also tell them about my situation???
