Product Recommendations for Closed Comedones and Pimples?

So after some time of letting my skin adjust to new products, I’ve decided that it was time to start a new product. 
Now, I use The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% on the regular basis and I’m unsure on whether or not I can use it with the Dear, Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop, a Vitamin C.

So recently I’ve been splurging on skincare and one of the products I bought was The Ordinary Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG because your girl got some bad dark circles.

Just as I was opening the bottle for the first time... what are those clumps- it’s fluffy? 
I look closer and well, don’t think I’ll be putting these under my eyes anytime soon

Can anyone explain what might’ve happened? 
This is a goner right? 😔
