If you use this product every night for months on end without adjusting your formula, you might damage your skin barrier and end up struggling with more acne than ever before.

Curology doesn’t work 100% of the time for everyone. As you know, skin issues are much more than skin deep. If you have a hormonal imbalance, topicals aren’t going to be the best for you. But they can still help with texture and hyperpigmentation.

My tip: Many users can tolerate Curology every night. BUT if you’re new to any of its ingredients (like tretinoin), you might want to start slow. So you might find one to begin once a week for two weeks. Then, twice a week. Move up to three times a week. And then try it 4-5 times a week. ⁠

First two week: Use twice a week (M&#47;F)

Third-four week: Use three times a week (M&#47;W&#47;F)

After first month: Use four or five times a week (M&#47;W&#47;F&#47;S)

HOWEVER, this timeline only works if your skin is tolerating it. How do you know it is? We’ll make sure you DO NOT have any of these:

It&#39;s on the pricier side. But since it&#39;s a mask, you can extend its life by using it once a week.

HOLY GRAIL for pissed-off skin. If I could leave this mask 24&#47;7, I would. It has a very gel-like texture that almost melts on your skin. I like to keep mine in the fridge, so it&#39;s cold to apply it for some extra de-puffing action. This is great if you have sensitive skin or use after an intense treatment like exfoliation or peel.

This cleanser has jojoba beads, which are excellent for lifting hyperpigmentation, but I wouldn&#39;t recommend it for daily use.

Absolutely worth the try if you have calmed breakouts. This cleanser literally LIFTS dark spots and acne scars away. Then moment you use it, you can visually see how your skin looks brighter.

It does feel a bit sticky, but I rinse all my micellar waters anyways. And the calendula scent is quite strong if you&#39;re are not into that.

Overall this is good cleanser water. It has an intense calendula scent that I&#39;m not sure if I love. But overall, it did good with my sunscreen and light makeup. A good one to have in your bag if you get the travel size.

From my trial six, nothing. But looking at the full-size bottle, it might be pricier than I&#39;m willing to pay for an essence.

This was a perfect essence. Even though I&#39;m not an essence person, I can see myself adding this to my winter routine. It felt nice on my skin, and it worked great as an extra moisture surge at night.
