I've been having trouble with acne for the past 2 months. It's better than it was before, but I feel like the progress has stopped. I have been to a dermatologist and he suggested I use a benozyl peroxide cream (which didn't work in the long one) and a retinoid (which I listed below). I've stopped using both and starting using the La Roche Posay Effaclar serum which saved my skin multiple times but, again, it stopped making any improvements. Can I mix the retinoid and the serum if I use them at different times of the day or should I switch my serum with something less concentrated in salicylic acid?

Retinol and Salicylic Acid

Hii! Ever since I started going back to school, my hair has been getting greasy fast and I have to wash it after 2-3 days. I washed my hairbrush, changed my pillowcase, started using scalp oils again (which I have used all summer and haven't made my hair oily at all) and haven't changed any hair products. Can someone tell me what's causing this and how to prevent it?

EDIT: Hi everyone! Thank you for your suggestions and the support on my post 💗 Unfortunately, I don't think the products are the problem. Generally, during school, my hair gets way greasier than it does when I'm out on vacation. I've tried several hair products and nothing changed. I was wondering whether it had anything to do with hormones, stress or simply being in public spaces for long periods of time. Ty!!

Greasy hair

I'm currently using the Cosrx AHA BHA Toner and while I am aware of its exfoliating properties, I'm not sure how well it balances my skin ph level/clears my skin. Should I buy the Isntree Green Tea toner? I have used it before and had fantastic results.
I am also using a hyaluronic acid moisturizer, so I am not worried about any of them drying my skin.

Should I get another toner?

🫘I probably won't buy it again since I mostly use it as an exfoliator and I rarely exfoliate. Might repurchase it for summer or whenever it gets hot outside.

🫘I have used this as an exfoliator and I LOVED IT! It's so gentle! My skin is currently pretty sensitive and this product didn't break me out at all, nor did it dry out my skin like chemical exfoliators would. 
It's super hydrating aswell!

Pricey! Which is understandable since it's Dior. Probably won't be buying it again because of the price though.

One of the only shades of lipstick that suits me! A very nice tint of pink, very natural. Feels light and has a glossy finish. Has a subtle sweet smell, but only when smelling it up close. Haven't found a similar/cheaper product yet, but I'd have to suggest Nivea's Cherry Shine.

Pretty color! Has a strong cherry scent. Is long lasting.

It leaves a white cast, so I can't use it daily or in big amounts. It's ideal for people on the paler side.

This sunscreen is suuuper hydrating and lightweight! It has 10 types of hyaluronic acid and it doesn't make my skin oily at all! It has no fragrance, which makes it suitable for sensitive skin.

Didn't hydrate my lips like I expected it to (because of the lipbalm heart)

Adds a nice hint of red to lips! The color isn't too strong though. It has an artificial smell of strawberries (like strawberry toothpaste) but it definitely isn't unpleasent. It's very pretty to look at too!
