I've seen so many workout routines and they all seem to be just for losing weight and not specifically fats in the body. I do sports on a pretty high level and I want to stay toned and not lose my current muscle mass as well as keeping my current breast size, anyone have any suggestions?

another thread for pink packaging products! First one - skin1004's poremizing toner. I ordered this toner on stylevana after trying 2-3 testers, lives up to its name poremizing, definitely kept my pore tighter than my normal toner and I noticed my pores became less visible when I use powder foundation.

since I've been seeing too many wonyoungism accounts and other ugc accounts not spreading the right info and getting educated about different porosities and their needs then advertising them to the wrong ppl, I feel like this is needed... 😭 ps I also get blocked by loads of these accounts since they never want to admit that they're wrong and it's doing more harm to the ppl watching the video which isn't ideal

Hair porosities : 

- low porosity (hair cuticles are tightly packed)
  signs of low porosity hair:
   - takes a long time to air dry (doesn't matter if its thick or thin hair)
   - takes longer to get fully wet in shower
   - water test (hair floats on top)
   - hair becomes stiff or heavy if the product has a lot of protein or silicone
   - difficult to be moisturised 
   - more prone to protein overload

- medium porosity (cuticles are neither too loose or too tight)
  signs of medium porosity hair :
   - neither high or low porosity signs (though it may be that it slightly leans towards one)
   - water test (hair stays in middle)

- high porosity (cuticles are very loose and 'branched out')
  signs of high porosity hair : 
   - moisture is easily absorbed but also easily lost
   - doesn't work well with non silicone products
   - requires protein and silicone in products to repair and lock in moisture
   - water test (hair sinks)
   - hair dries quicker when air drying



💗💗 let's talk about viral products - shiseido tsubaki premium hair mask, shiseido fino hair mask and ichibaki/ichikami hair mask

tsubaki premium hair mask (gold) -> low/medium porosity
 - lightweight
 - no silicone 
 - little protein
these characteristics mean that its great for low porosity hair since there wouldn't be protein overload as well as a silicone layer build up causing the moisture to be blocked from reaching the core 

ichikami premium hair mask (picture) -> medium/high porosity 
- creamy consistency, not too thick or light
- has a small amount of silicone
- contains normal amount of protein
these characteristics mean that its great for medium/high porosity hair as it has the just right amount of product which wouldn't cause protein overload or too little moisture 


fino hair mask (silver/red) -> high porosity
- very thick almost jelly like consistency 
- contains silicone
- contains large amount of protein
these characteristics mean that its great for high/medium porosity hair as it moisturises it enough to the extent that even if high porosity hair loses moisture easily, it still won't be too dry

there are loads of dermatologists and doctors confirming that it is true that your skin can turn orangey/golden tanned warm tone when u eat a lot of carrots daily like the girl in tiktok does which permanently changed her undertone due to the carotene in carrots. I was wondering if tomatoes do the same because of the lycopene they have? I'm a huge tomato lover and I wanna know if that'll impact my skin undertone?

Remember that girl who eats loads of carrots everyday to make her skin into warmer toned/tanned look? what about tomatoes

Did leave a noticeable whitecast, as well as that it separates my makeup pretty quickly no matter what base makeup I use (silicone/water), so gave up on using it as the actual primer. It's also very sticky and clogged up my pores, took me 2 weeks to get rid of all spots and acne... 

Did balance out the yellow tones in my skin and works well as kind of a brightener. Not too purpley like other brands 

it does transfer but only when you've put too much product on, personally don't really mind as it's not lipstick or liptint. applicator can be messy sometimes

Nothing can go wrong with vaseline lip care line! loving the scent and hydration it gives me, leaving my lips plump and not wrinkly, there's no need to reapply in a short period of time. It also looks like gloss when it's applied, lots of good stuff for a product this price

absolutely love it, fixes makeup in place and even eyeshadow wouldn't budge, can also be used to hydrate face when wearing makeup in hot weather

the cushion/applicator was kinda hard to clean

my makeup stays matte (i have oily skin) for quite a long time and no need to reapply for at least half a day! 

Many ads did say it doesn't rub off your makeup which was kinda the whole point of a sun stick, it wasn't true as I applied it on my skin I could see my makeup coming off onto the sun stick even after I set my makeup with setting spray and setting powder. It also detached itself from the packaging after only 22ºc in the UK, only to find out on the second day of getting the product that it only contains about 3 quarters of the actual container... 

it actually stayed matte (i have oily skin) the whole day even with heavy sweating and doing sports, also not irritating to my sensitive skin. Unlike some other brands, it didn't clog up my pores after double cleansing
