spot treatment recommendations for dark spots from insect bites and acne?

TO SA masque won the product comparison but the paula’s choice BHA liquid exfoliant won the reviews im confused as to which one to get. 
skin problems are hormonal acne i only get them 4-5 times a month especially during ovulation period, whiteheads or clogged pores that sometimes turn into a papule or pustule and mild hyperpigmentations(slightly pinkish cheeks because of PIE and some dark spots)

feels a lil heavy i have to pat my skin with tissue. makes me really oily after waking up.

will always make your bum smooth after usage, also dont forget to moisturize. reduced my buttne after third use and made its texture a lot better. ive been using this for 3 months now.

i used pick on my lips whenever im stressed so its always chapped. this definitely helped

i think i expected too much. it takes time for hyperpigmentations to go away. dries out your skin and has a weird smell but thats because it has no fragrance

ive been using it for almost a month already and seen changes. it helped lighten my hyperpigmentations and would prevent acne from forming, reduced my oiliness and improved my skin texture. i didnt experience any irritations, purging, whatsoever.. which is great
