Hi everyone. I need some recommendations on what products to choose for my teenage brother. He has oily skin, but recently, his skin has worsened due to acne 🫠. It’s all over his forehead and cheeks, so I need advice on a skincare routine. What’s the first step, and what should he do next?

It takes time to fully dry the glossiness. Not transfer-proof, as you need to apply few layers. But dont worry, the tint stays on your lips 😮‍💨

I stumbled into this brand randomly on the suggested product in one of the famous online platform. At first, i was sceptical. Why? 

1. Cheap and affordable 
2. Not much review!
3. None of my friends knew it

So, being the ‘whatever lets try’ girlie means… i have to be the one who tries it, right? So yeah. I BOUGHT IT. 

And it was surprisingly good???? Very glossy, shiny and pigmented 😩 I should’ve bought this earlier. 

I think its worth the amount that i spent. This is going to be my go-to glossy lip tint 😉

I give this retinol cream a full rating because it didn’t cause any irritation on my skin.

As a beginner with retinol, I was initially hesitant to try it. However, after reading multiple reviews and noting that this product contains only 0.1% retinol, I felt more comfortable giving it a go.

The texture is creamy, and it absorbs well without leaving any greasy or oily residue.

While some people have mentioned a scent, I didn’t find it unpleasant. To me, it just smells like a regular cream! 😂

The packaging is secure, with a tight tube and cap, but be cautious when opening it. It’s best to store the cream in a cool place and keep it away from direct sunlight.

I’ve been using it twice a week so far, and it’s working well for me.

Don’t forget to patch test before using it!


This box contains 10 sheet masks.

Similar to the snail mucin essence, these masks are enriched with the same essence. They’re very moist, so I have to apply them carefully to avoid any mess.

The mask itself is decent—not too thin and definitely not plastic-like. It doesn’t tear easily and is fragrance-free. The essence is thick, but since I’m already familiar with the snail mucin essence, it feels acceptable.

Overall, the mask leaves my skin feeling refreshed and bouncy.

This is one of the most underrated brand that needs to be recognised. It may not be a korean brand, but trust me it will be worth it. 

I was influenced to buy this because of a good review, and never regret buying this. This is by far the most effective body coffee-based scrub that exceeds my expectation. 

I’ve been using it for a few weeks, the results was amazing. My skin is softer, smells yummy and the most important part is, its vegan and cruelty-free. 

The scrub beads is smaller and soft. Not the hard type. The price is pocket friendly, and sometimes there is a 1+1 promo with free gift. I will share the texture in the video below if youre curious 😉



For people with acne prone skin, this might irritate your skin because my sister tried it for the first time, her skin has gotten tiny bumps 😞 (she has acne prone skin)

The I’m From Beet Refresh Toner Pad has a lot going for it, but it left me with mixed feelings. First off, the pads are impressively large—big enough to cover my cheeks fully—which makes them great for quick, full coverage. They’re absolutely soaked with essence, so much so that they’re dripping wet, ensuring your skin gets a generous layer of product.

One thing I appreciated was the included spatula for hygienic use. The essence has a slightly fragrant smell, which I’d estimate at about 30% intensity—not too overwhelming, but it’s noticeable. For my normal to combination skin, the formula is comfortable and doesn’t cause any purging, which is a big plus. I even left it on for about 10-20 minutes, and the pad was still wet with essence when I removed it. 

The pads themselves are thin than the Rice Toner Pads, but they can actually split into two which could be useful if you want to stretch them a bit further. While I think they’re okay to try and do offer a nice hydrating step, I’d say I still prefer the Rice Toner Pads.

Overall, the I’m From Beet Refresh Toner Pad is worth checking out, especially if you’re curious about its unique texture and essence content, but the Rice Toner Pad edges out as my personal favorite.
