Soo'Ae - OreLu review for Purifying Charcoal Cleansing Water

I find that I have been really enjoying this cleansing water as an eye makeup remover in the evening. It isn't harsh, and doesn't irritate my eyes. I don't need to scrub at my eyes to remove mascara or eyeliner. I use both reusable makeup remover clothes and cotton disposable pads. It dispenses easily from the bottle, and I love that I can leave the bottle where it is (flip the top, and only use one hand). There is no strong scent to this product either, which is nice. I don't like using an oil cleanser over my eyes, and not all foam cleansers remove my eye makeup well enough. It also does a great job of removing other makeup and sunscreen, but I don't usually use it for my double cleanse.
