🌹 OKAYYY lemme tell you when i saw @goodmolecules was releasing a body product for discoloration that contains tranexamic acid i HOPPED on it. 

🌹 @goodmolecules Discoloration Correcting Body Treatment is a body moisturizer that contains an advanced form of tranexamic acid to improve the appearance of dark spots, age spots, hyperpigmentation, sun damage, and uneven skin tone- like does it all. 

🌹 this body cream contains tranexamic acid, niacinimide, jojoba seed oil, saccharomyces ferment, aspergillus ferment, panthenol & more! 

🌹 I have been using twice a day for a couple weeks now and it is a bit too soon to tell how it’s performance is but i’m enjoying it so far!! its a lightweight consistency, does take a while to rub in though. maybe i’m using too much? maybe? help lol. i have pretty bad eczema and this has NOT triggered any sort of reaction so thats good. hopefully i will see results with the hyperpigmentation, sun damage & scars on my legs. their discoloration face serum has great results so i expect the same for the body cream!

🌹 happy melanoma monday loves! todays topic will be about choosing a sunscreen that works best for you! Now while I have already done a post about the difference between chemical and physical sunscreens, this one is a little bit more in depth. 

🌹 tinted sunscreens: if you’re looking for sun protection with some extra coverage, tinted spf basically acts like a BB cream and will neutralize any redness or discoloration. these were great for all skin types however I do not feel like enough tinted sunscreen brands have enough of a shade range for very dark/ebony skin tones. 

🌹 sun creams: these are the THICC boys of the bunch. sun creams will have you lookin like mark zuckerberg on the flying machine- but this is as protective as sun protection gets. if your skin is extremely dry or you’re going to be in direct sunlight I recommend these types of sunscreens.

🌹 sun milks: have a consistency exactly as the name, like milk. I find that these sunscreens go on very light and leave the skin looking dewy without feeling oily. these are your perfect sunscreens for when you’re going to be inside all day and not really producing much sweat. these resemble a serum-like consistency.

🌹 sun sticks: you really cannot go wrong with the sun stick as they’re lightweight, you do not have to touch your face, and they’re especially perfect for when you’re on the go!

🌹 I received this product for free from Picky and Make P:rem in exchange for my honest review & that’s exactly what you’re gon get! No joke i’m obsessed with this moisturizer!!!! forreaaalll!!!! I lowkey already had it in my cart & I literally won a free one 🤩 

🌹 i used this moisturizer twice a day for about two weeks and i played around with different routines to see if my skin was going to be as moisturized as they claimed. i used this AHA/BHA, retinol, azelaic acid, vit c (basically ever ingredient) and my skin stayed nourished even after my deepest exfoliation days. I noticed such a difference in my skin especially that I wasn’t waking up tight skin & i didn’t need to reapply moisturizer at work! 

🌹 although a cream, it definitely has more of a gel consistency. the Micro tension cream contains amazing hydrating ingredients like glycerin, macadamia seed oil, olive oil, tea tree oil, polyglutamic acid, ceramides, hyaluronic acid & many more amazing ingredients! I will say there is a fragrance, that doesn’t bother me but i know some people are sensitive to it.

Serum Sunday 💖

🌹 I received this lip balm for free from @go.picky and @imfrom_official in exchange for my honest review & as always thats what you’ll get! 

🌹 i would first just like to point out that it came with their Honey Mask, which i have been dying to try, so that was such a lovely surprise!!! the Honey Mask is so nourishing & especially for a wash off mask, this is definitely a 10/10 in my book. and when i tell you this REALLLY smells like honey, its delicious!! i also kept it in my skincare fridge so it was cold upon application 

🌹now for the star of the show, the Honey Lip Balm 🤩  this balm contains honey, beeswax, glycerin & other nourishing ingredients. it leaves my lips feeling hydrated for a long time & doesn’t give me that chapped feeling when is dries away. the only con for me is the size, i wish it was bigger and/or it came with a spatula.

🌹 i definitely recommend both products & i would purchase myself!

this moisturizer deserves more hype!! such a gentle moisturizer, fragrance free, super nourishing and can use as an eye cream. i love
