Hi everyone! I paid for the Rookie box and DHL didn't bother shipping it to me, just received an email that said my address is incorrect. I have received a package from picky before so obviously the address is correct. Now the package is sent back to the sender and I don't know what to do. Who should I contact from picky who can help me?

I've been trying to submit my reviews but can't do that because picky won't connect to Instagram. I've written to picky twice but no one from their team has responded yet. The error message is the same - 400 session invalid. Has anyone encountered this issue? If yes, how did you solve this?

When I finally tested this on my face, I found that this only removed my mascara and waterproof lipstick partially even after using it twice. I ended up going back to my banilaco and voila, they came off within seconds. Not as effective in removing waterproof make up.

Soybean oil (50%) was used as the base ingredient followed by olive oil, sunflower oil and ginseng seed oil (0.1%).

The texture is somewhere in the middle, not too thick nor too thin. 

The scent is off putting, smells like cooking oil to me. Maybe a bit of fragrance just enough to mask the scent would have been great. Their website states that the ginseng seed oil offers a grassy scent to present more calm and peaceful cleansing time, this doesn't smell grassy to me.

The quantity is a generous 210 ml. I need 2 pumps to cover my face and neck. Towards the end of last month, I had an eye infection and I avoided wearing any mascara or eye liner. I could only test this on my hands and as you can see in the texture shots, this cleansing oil removed everything. It wasn't an easy job though, I had to rub it a lot. 

It washes off well, doesn't leave any residue behind, emulsifies well and doesn't dry out my skin. No eye sting but it does make my eyes blurry which is fine.

I would recommend this to someone who doesn't wear heavy make up. If all you wear is sunscreen or light make up and don't mind the scent, this may be an option to consider.

Nothing bad to say about this product. It's a bit basic for where I am at in my skincare journey.

Enriched with moisture-boosting marine ingredients, this hydrating serum claims to provide
smoother and softer looking skin.

It has seaweed extract, ceramide, aloe vera extract, glycerin and honey.

As far as fragrance is concerned, it has an artificial fresh scent which is apt for "marine". 

After using it for a month after my toners, I'm half way through the bottle. It's hydrating and moisturing as it claims to be. I enjoyed using this a lot more than I thought I would. I don't use a lot of actives in my routine now and this serum fit in perfectly for my current needs, offering just that. If you have dehydrated skin, you will like this. A basic hydrating and moisturing serum.

This toner claims to be a gentle toner inspired by burn treatment for sensitive skin that is easily irritated and acne prone skin.

If you take a look at the inci list, the key ingredients are niacinamide, panthenol and allantoin. It also has KMX ferment cure which is p.calm's patented fermentation treatment (acacia seyal gum extract, lactobacillus ferment), T-CA (tea tree and cica), carica papaya fruit extract for gentle exfoliation and azulene. 

No fragrance. The texture of this toner is very lightweight. It feels almost like water but as you layer this on you'll notice that it has a bit of a slip to it. It imparts a glow and you can feel your skin getting plump and hydrated. 

For someone who has dehydrated skin, I had to layer this 3-5 times, you can even go for 7 skin method with this one. I've been using it twice a day and I would like to believe that this is helping my sensitive skin as I'm trying to cope up with the irritation and slight redness caused by retinal. I tried it after dermaplaning and my skin did feel fine the next morning. In terms of hydration, it's decent and all skin types should be able to enjoy this. 

I don't care for the fragrance. It's not marine or aquatic, just blah 🤷🏻‍♀️ There is no way to ignore it.


Another edition to my milky toner collection and my first from heimish! As the name suggests, it's a moisturizing toner which claims to instantly nourish skin and supply intense moisture as if you've applied a rich cream. 

The formula contains an ocean complex (marine water, crithmum maritmum callus culture filtrate, spirulina platensis extract) to deliver nourishing, moisturizing and antioxidants effects while strengthening the skin barrier. 

Is it a nourishing toner? Hell yes! Is it so moisturing that it can replace a moisturizer? Not for me. It looks milky but is actually a cream toner. Love the way it glides on the skin and the glow it gives 🫶🏼 You can definitely notice the plumping effect and hydration. Works well on layering, I don't need more than 3 layers. 

I can see this work well for normal to dry skin. If you love the laneige cream skin, try this! You won't be disappointed (if you aren't bothered by the scent).

I'm glad I can tick this one off my wishlist, many more milky toners to go!

There's nothing particularly bad about this product.

This toner needs no introduction so I will keep this review short. 

Main ingredients of the BOJ Ginseng essence water are Ginseng root water 63% + Ginseng complex which is supposed to give sufficient moisture and nutrition to skin. It also has 2% niacinamide which is helpful in controlling sebum secretion and maintaining the oil and moisture balance of the skin.

A year after emptying this toner, I am happy to have it back in my collection. I still love the earthy scent and the viscous texture. Perfect for transitioning weather and summer, I will switch to a more nourishing toner this winter.

Suitable for all skin types, you can layer it as many times as you want, 4 is perfect for me. For the price, it's a simple, no fuss hydrating toner and I'm sure a lot you will enjoy this! 

Very affordable, easily available, try it if you haven't.
