When I was younger, I was told once when I was crying don’t cry or you’ll get spots 😂😂 tears aren’t good for your skin. So whenever I cried I either cried with my head tilted forward so it doesn’t roll down my face instead it’ll hit the ground or I catch every drop on tissue 😂 (I did this when I was younger) 

I’m 21 now and I cry like a normal person streaming down my face like a hot mess 😂 but I just wanted to know can tears cause anything to your skin?

A very odd question but in what ways can tears affect your skin? 😅

I have these products to help me with my scaring and hyperpigmentation. I am really sensitive I'm not sure how to incorporate these into my routines; when should I use them; what can I use together; what can I not mix; what should I take out/keep also how many times should I be using them. I'm sensitive and oily and i breakout easy so l'm kinda scared.

Scarrings/Hyperpigmentations

I don’t know how to explain this but all of a sudden my skincare products have been causing a burning sensation to my eyelids. 

I have not switched up any of my products or introduced anything new. It’s just all of a sudden I’ve been experiencing more dry skin and my products have been causing stinging and burning sensation on my eyelids. 

Here’s a list of all the products I use and have been consistent with for almost a year. Normally my skin type is oily/combinational but again all of a sudden I’ve been experiencing more dryness to my skin.

Any advice/help?

What ingredients causes your eyelids to burn?

Every other night I like to end my PM routine with a nice gua sha treatment/massage on my face. However, I really don’t like having to apply any facial oil on my face. I have used lavender oil and that broke me out and I used rose hip oil which didn’t cause any breakouts but as an very oily skinned I just don’t want to be adding more oil to my face. 

Is there any alternatives as to using facial oil for gua sha?

Has anyone ever had a blind pimple before?

If so....how would one treat this 😅 they take forever to go!

Negatives- I tried my best to find some fault however there is simply nothing i can find wrong in my opinion 😄

It comes in a glass bottle of 150ml and a little lasts a long way so this product is worth the money! On top of this this product is said to be suitable for all skin types! I highly recommend this product if you are looking for extra hydration!

Negatives - my only bad experience would be that when used as a night product, I woke up with oilier skin as I tend to wake up with oily skin so I would recommend using this as a daytime moisturiser for those with oily skin, and for those with dry skin you can use it both day and night

Description - this gel type moisturiser fulfils the &#39;basics&#39; in your moisturising skincare routine. It contains Jeju Green Tea Water and Panthenol to provide moisture and deep hydration with a light finish. Recommended for all skins and seasons.

Benefits- the first key ingredient is green tea water, which is a powerful anti-bacterial agent and helps soothe breakouts by being anti-inflammatory. It also helps reduce redness. The second key ingredient is panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) which has also proven to have anti-inflammatory properties - this creates an amazing combo along with green tea. 

Positives- the moisturiser in my opinion absorbs into my skin beautifully and leaves a nice hydrated plumped feeling and looking dewy and glowy! It’s very lightweight perfect for my oily skin as it doesn’t leave me feeling or looking greasy! Also you definitely get a lot for your money in this jar as a little goes a long way!!!

Negatives- sadly this overpowering smell of tea tree oil cleanser broke me out and gave me milia under my eye area I tried this out for a week and gave it away to my little sister instead as it made my skin worse. I the plant extracts perhaps triggered my sensitive skin to react. The packaging is quite poor in my opinion as soon as you open it a lot of the cleanser comes pouring through - this was a hassle as a little goes a long way so it wasted product (which i don’t mind as I would have wasted this down the toilet sorry cosrx I do love you- but it was the over hyped cleanser for me)

Description: Mild acidic cleanser for sensitive skin which works to softly make skin supple and clear. Benefits- includes different varieties of plant and leaf extracts to clarify and maintain healthy skin. The second key ingredient is betaine salicyliate (salicylic acid) which helps target textured skin and clear out pores 
Positives- a little goes a long way as you don’t need to use much it foams up nicely and cleanses your skin.

Negatives - though this was a nice experience, it did have its downsides. After applying, I noticed a somewhat tacky residue which was uncomfortable when it came to sleeping, I felt as if it stuck onto my pillow. When it came to waking up, I noticed my skin feeling more oily.  Even when cleaning, I felt the need of having to double cleanse just to remove the residue. Though the benefits had shown, the texture and feeling just wasn’t worth the product in my opinion. I definitely think dry skin would love this product more!

Description: with 68.9% of rice extract this product claimed to brighten nourish and hydrate the skin. 

Benefits- with the key ingredient being rice this helped soothe the skin and leaving your skin hydrated due to it being rich in natural amino acids. 

Positives- it’s a really nice occlusive layer to finish of my night routine. My skin felt really soft, silky and hydrated. The creamy texture allowed it to provide a melting sensation, like a butter. Long term wise, I felt it helped even out my complexion.

Nothing bad for me really i love everything!

My fave product would have to be the I’m From Roce Toner! It’s a nice and light formula but still gives you that really good hydration (which is 🔑) it also give you this brightening affect and it uses 77.78% rice  which is a huge amount of natural ingredient! I would say that this is a great product for both dry and oily skin types as it’s light enough for oily skin and you can layer it up if you’re dry skinned 😊 I’ve been using this for 3years religiously in my AM skincare routine!
