Is it ok to use moisturiser after using hydraulic acid?

Hey there I wear some lipsticks that dry out my lips. How many times a day do you use lip moisturiser be it basic  #vaseline or any other up market lip conditioner?

What type of nail file is the best d’or your nails i am currently using this one from boots which is okish. I have tried glass ones but they ate too harsh d’or my nails. Any advice welcome. Thanks in advance x
