Can you guys suggest affordable exfoliating toner for normal skin?

Hello pickysquad. I've been using cosrx treatment toner for about two weeks now. I think my face have and allergic reaction towards AHA/BHA product. This is my routine

1. Senka cleanser
2. Cosrx aha/bha toner
3. Bio essence rose gold water/hadalabo premium hydrating lotion
4. Moisturizer Vit C with SPF35

Is there something wrong or any mixing product that i cant tolerate?i really dont know since i keep having this tiny bump and redness. It doesn't hurt but sometimes it dies become itchy

🌸 The serum is very light and not sticky at all
🌸Easy and very fast to absorb. Dont leave any tacky feel on skin
🌸Have nice citrus smell like orange candy
🌸Make skin more bright and not dull
🌸Can see the brightness of skin within a week or two. You can see your skin not dull. I love it
🌸Vitamin C is safe for day use. But make sure use a sunscreen after apply the serum
🌸Not containing any artificial coloring
