My favorite of the Abib essences! I’ve been on a yuja kick lately!
Lightweight, serum-essence consistency. Gives a subtle glow that is real yall. Contains nicacinamide, hyaluronic acid, sugar cane extract, and of course, 80% yuja for brightening. 
I use it in the AM after toners&#47;other essences and before moisturizers serums. 
The packaging is adorable, the cutest pump bottle with a little cap for the pump and everything!

This is not fungal acne safe despite the label here saging it is. (You can run the ingredients through sezia and see) though this doesn’t seem to bother my skin (its just one ingredient I believe)
No major complaints. Really great product.

This is the perfect product for my skin type. Combo oily peeps, here it is. Green tea, centella, willow bark, blueberry - just to name a few notable extracts. 
I ise one pump AM and PM and while a full pump takes a bit to dry down, it doesn’t dry down sticky or tacky.  I layer it with their mugwort ampoule and SPF and get the hydration that I need. 
Doesnt leave me looking like an oil slick. 
Never any stinging or burning on areas that other products can have that effect on. No breakouts.

Ive read experiences about white casts on others, as well as breakouts on others - does it contain isopropyl palmitate or not? So many conflicting ingredint lists online and reformulations to this one over the years its hard to say and I cant decipher the packaging. Because i cant find accurate ingredients anywhere, im too afraid to use it more than 2-3 times a week.(Though i would trust this one first for prolonged exposure in a heartbeat) Contains alcohol (I think?!) which Id prefer wasnt there but can live with though is a dealbreaker for many.

The bottle is huge so its absolutely worth a try. Tested and delivers spf 50+. Not sticky or greasy. Layers well with other products. No whote cast on me personally.

The scent is a bit strong. It does seem to break me out.

Nourishing, a lot of beneficial ingredients, a little goes a long way

A little heavy for an “essence”, though this doesnt bother me. 

A hassle to buy online but isnt everything these days. 

Some people are grossed out by snails but 🤷🏻‍♀️. Luckily im not one of them.

Did you ever use something for ages and quit using it for seemingly no reason lol. That was me with this! I’d used this product previously, years ago, and I guess I just moved onto something else and I’m so thankful for Picky for reminding me why I love it so much!

It contains so many cool ingredients like bee venom, snail secretion, niacinamide, oligopeptide, beta glucan, willow bark extract, panthenol. I mean. The list goes on and on. 

It’s called an essence (obviously lol) but I really don’t think of this as an essence in my routine or use it that way. 

I use this as my serum step. 
So I still use a separate toner and essence. 
It’s definitely on the heavy side. Or maybe it’s just my skin type (combo - oily. You could have a different experience with drier skin perhaps.)

Even though it contains snail it doesn’t have the typical snail texture we’ve all come to know from snail products. It’s not slimey or sticky. It holds it shape when you pump it out onto your hands (no need for cotton) very much like a serum gel. Clear in color. And hydrates + calms my skin like no other. 

It’s said that Bee venom has natural antibacterial properties to combat acne and minimize redness. Sounds good to me lol. 

pH of 5-6 plus alcohol and fragrance free 🥰
