Anyone has tried a red light mask and has feedback or recommendations? Do they work for fine lines and pigmentation?
Picky should start getting us to try some of them! 😉

I have used some of the vitamin C products from The Ordinary but ready to explore other brands to incorporate in my daily routine. 40 years old skin. 
Recommendations welcome!

Best clarifying product for daily routine ?

I just received my first tube of tretinoin. 0.05%. Do you have advice on application frequency and amount?
And after care?
Products not to use anymore?
I’m used to retinoid, vit C, salicylic acid, my skin is not sensitive.

Tretinoin after care

I have these tiny visible veins on my face (1-2mm long) that make my skin look a bit red. Mostly on cheeks. Could be rosacea or just mini exploded veins. Anyone has tried a successful treatment to get rid of them? I feel like it will have to be laser vs skincare.

Rosacea anyone?

Anybody has any information about it? I love rice-based products for their scent! Excited about this one

Rice pure aqua multi balm

It is not clear to me when the mask has finished working. I left it on for 45min. 
According to my lovely husband, I look like a cyborg with the mask on. Well, cyborgs must have good skin!

First time using a sheet mask! 🙈 I can’t compare to other sheet masks but I found the use of the CKD retino collagen very easy. It sticks to the skin without sliding off and it is easy to peel it off. 
It feels nice to take that me-time. 
I left it on 45min as it wasn’t clear to me if it was time to take it off. The mask had gotten more translucent than when I started but it wasn’t totally clear. Second photo is after 30min. I was hungry and it is impossible to eat with the mask on, so I took it off then. 
There was definitely a glow to my skin after using it. Pores didn’t diminish but I wouldn’t expect it after one use. Putting the masks in the fridge might help with the pores. My skin was slightly tacky after using the mask. 
Ingredients include:
🔅Collagen Extract - minimizes pores.
🔅Collagen - for skin elasticity, moisturization and gives a youthful glow.
🔅Retinal - supports skin renewal and works against fine lines and wrinkles. 
🔅Panthenol - locks in moisture for radiant skin.

Unfortunately only retinoid 2% exist in emulsion, the 5% is in squalane only. I feel that it is not strong enough. 

I wanted a retinoid product that is not oily, as I find the other retinoids from The Ordinary in squalane too long to absorb. This emulsion is not oily at all and absorbs very quickly. 
No irritation at all, which is normal for retinoid (vs retinol). 

The magnetic aspect could get bothersome in a purse, sticking to keys and other metallic objects.

I loved the accessories that came with the lip balms: 2 pink gaze rubans to tie to the ring of the lip balm tube and a key chain if you want to have your lip balm with you on the go. 
The color ‘low-key, is the most suited to my fair complexion. It gives my face a pop of color without being too flashy. Looks nice for day and evening use. That’s what I’m wearing in the photo. 
It’s very easy to apply: glides smoothly, and makes my lips very soft. Feels like I’m doing something good for my lips when I apply it. The color lasts relatively long for a lip balm. 
The tube is magnetic so it stays in place in its sleeve. Novel concept. 
Vegan. 

I feel like I would need several layers of sun stick to equate normal sunblock (feeling not supported by any data). 
Application around eyes and nose can be a bit challenging due to the stick format.

Ingredients: UV filters: Uvinul a Plus, Uvinul T, Polysilicone-15, Tinosorb S. Hyaluronic acid, centella asiatica. 

Benefits: beside the UV A and B protection, it is sweat-proof, and has a sebum-control formula. It’s very convenient when you don’t want to touch your face skin with your hands (eg sand at the beach, primitive camping, fishing). 
It’s hydrating (hyaluronic acid) and soothing. 

Packaging: compact stick. Love the novelty of the format! Fits in a purse as it’s small. 

Experience: It’s very nice and easy to apply as it glides easily on the skin. It leaves a sort of soft film on the skin, like a primer, but it’s not sticky or greasy. No white cast noticed (but I’m white). 

The collagen stick smells so good that I had high expectations for this one wrt smell. There’s a fresh smell to it but not as pleasant as the collagen stick. 

The packaging is the best: blue bear. The pink bear is the collagen stick. 
This hydrating stick is for the undereyes, it glides smoothly.
Contains hyaluronic acid. 
 The biggest advantage to me is that it’s small enough to fit in your purse and you don’t have to use your fingers to apply (I mean, you do need to use your fingers to hold the stick but no contact with the product 😉). Perfect for on the go, if my skin feels tight at work , after the gym…
It’s not moisturizing and doesn’t contain specific anti aging ingredients so more geared towards a younger population.
