I am excited, my picky x isntree box just arrived today. I got: 2 Isntree chestnut BHA 2% clear liquid
4 samples  of the Bha clear liquid
And a sign I am skincare fan (so cute 😍)

I did not pay any duties. I am in France and it arrives safely with La Poste which is the national post office.

First impressions:
I did not open the full size toner because I have plenty of toners opened at home: the Centella toning toner from SKIN1004 (gifted by Picky), the Hada Labo Shirojyun Arbutine whitening lotion and I am going to receive the brightening toner of SKIN1004 with tranexamic acid thanks to Picky again. 
I opened 2 samples of 2 mL. I used it on a coton pad like the brand said. It is super lightwheight, it is just like water. I tried to make a  texture swatch on my hand with the second sample buy it was loisible it was to runny. So definitely, it has be used on a cotton pad for me. I will open the full 100 mL toner as soon as I am finished with currently opened toner.

Pros:
Lightweight like water
Fragrance free
Non drying so good for all skin types
Has a specific space where you can write the opening date
Good gift for acne prone skin

Cons:
Too runny, need to be used on a Cotton pad

My Picky x Isntree box arrived today

I just found  my romand lip balm when i came to retrieve  laundry in the washing  machine. It might  have been in a Jean I washed. Is it Still safe  to use  or should  I throw it away?

I did the lancome skin test and my skin is bad for my age in terms of visible pores, hydration (less than 20%) and I have dehydration line starting to show around my eyes. I even have redness (it is invisible to me on my black skin) according to their device. Plus, i have post acne marks(PIH).  I think I do everything right except when I am Lazy  like  today. But obviously i am not or skincare does not work.

Here is my routine.

AM 
1.Micellar water( Byphasse pink bottle) or just water
2. Toner (skin 1004 centella toning toner gifted by Picky or Hada Labo Shirojyun whitening lotion with arbutine)
3. Serum (Exaglow from Facetheory or Skinhit soothing serum, both contains niacinamide)
4. Oil free moisturizer from Facetheory
5. Sunscreen ( UV antiage SPF 50 for Nivea or Sun Ozon Med SPF 50)

PM routine🌜
1. i need to remove  makeup, i use the Clinique Cleansing balm
2. Varuza gentle cleanser (gift from Picky)
3. Toners same as AM
4. Exfoliant ( TO mandelic acid + HA or Acnemy peeling) or sérum ( same as AM)
5. COSRX 🐌92 All in one Cream 
6. Time reverse sleeping mask from Transparent lab.

I exfoliate twice a week and use differin 2 a week.  I sometimes skip moisturizer in the morning but i use  my spf as a moisturizer and the dermatologist Dr Dray said that sunscreen is enough as a moisturizer. Plus both sunscreen i use are moisturizing, they are not drying  at all and they are not mattifying. I use my hands to distribute toner and I put a generous amount to keep my skin moist to put a moisturizer on. I pat gently the toner gently into my skin before the serum and moisturizer.
My main focus now is hydration and hyperpigmentation but I do not want to look greasy.  For my potes, i give up. I use niacinamide every day and they remain the same, i am only less oily than before I started skincare. 

Please help me with your tips for hydration, hyperpigmentation, fine lines around the eye are, sebum production, soothing the skin.

Oily and dehydrated skin - Help

Hi, in Europe BHA is now a suspected endocrine disruptor thanks to a danish study. Knowing that, will you stop the use of salycilic acid? If yes, what are the alternatives for this exfoliant ideal for oily  and acne  prone skin? If not, what is your stance on endocrine disruptor in skincare?

It does have a  whitecast on very deep skintone but it is very mild. For me the whitecast is there for 3 minutes and then it vanishes.
It is not accessible easily. I can only get it online for example on Amazon.

I love everything about this toner/essence:
♡ It has milky texture that absorbs well into the  skin without any  stickiness.
♡ The packaging  is gorgeous.
♡ It packs great hydration  and moisture at the  same time.
♡ It is hypoallergenic and fragrance free.
♡ It contains great ingredients to deliver hydration, brigthening and soothing effect and skin barrier  repair: Rice extract (oriza  sativa extract), centella asiatica extract, Niacinamide, Ceramide NP.
♡ It is effective at balancing my skin oil/water content and it gives me some glow. I no longer have shiny skin  when I wear makeup.

• Beauty Bay pretends that there is no fragrance but there is menthyl  lactate which is a masking agent. It is fragrant component. Sensitive skin beware.
• Maybe because of this fragrant component  it stings the skin sometimes if your skin barrier is damaged. I would use this after exfoliating or with retinol and i would not use this as an eye cream because it Sting my eyes.

Beauty Bay nailed  it again. This gel mask is awesome.
♡ First the texture and the color are a  dream. It is esthetically pleasing.
♡ It is deeply hydrating and rich in humectants. It has some plumping effect.
♡ I like to use it my night time moisturizer.
♡ It is quite refreshing on the skin, so perfect for summer which is when I plan to finish this product.

I have nothing bad to say about it apart that it is difficult to maintain the gel and the cream perfectly separated but that's on me.

I received this product for free in exchange of my honest review. I love everything about this moisturizer:

♡ It is a 2 in 1 product: a  gel  and a  cream. I use more of the gel in the morning  and  the cream  at night. My skin absorbs  both  parts very well.
♡ The packaging is gorgeous and generous 80 mL. 
♡ It is  full of excellent ingredients for moisture, hydration, brightening and soothing the skin: glycerin, betaine  hydrolized hyaluronic acid, macadamia seed oil, ceramide NP, Rice extract, centella asiatica extract, turmeric.
♡ It is fragrance free and hypoallergenic. Therefore  I use it on the 👀 area.
♡ It is perfect if you do not want to buy two separate  moisturizers for different  areas  of your face. Even more suitable  for combo skin.


It pills of the skin horrendously. It has slight whitecast. You need to wait that your skin is completely  dry to apply this suncreen to avoid pilling.  I do not understand the hype of this products. Even european sunscreen are better. 

The packaging is super cute. It is girly.
This sunscreen is like like a sun cream. It feels like moisturizer. It is creamy but not thick.
It is a combination sunscreen with both chemical and physical sun filters.
