Green tea is one of my favorite ingredients. Lightweight, smooth, creamy. Does not dry skin out, very moisturizing and dries down to a normal, not too shiny not too matte finish. Very impressive. No eye sting after first use. 

 I could take it or leave it, but would probably leave it. I look shiny after applying 3 pumps but my skin just drinks it up way too fast. And as usual, I want my serums to be my workhorse, I don’t need a simple hydrating serum, I want hydration PLUS acne fighting or dark spot or texture reducing.

I’m not wowed enough by it to make a special effort to get it. I already have a licorice toner and serum that I prefer, But if you need a somewhat occlusive licorice balm and you got a lil change to spare, go for it! I’m gonna use it till it’s gone 😊.

 I liked this, licorice is one of my favorite antioxidants, and I have hyperpigmentation ALWAYS, so I figure this can’t hurt to use in the ol’ routine. However, antioxidants and treating hyperpigmentation take wayyyy to long for me to review that, so I’ll just give you first impressions. This is occlusive without that siliconey feel. I like how it smooths on like thinned out petroleum, but my skin can still “breathe”. You know the feeling I’m talking about.

After 3 days of use, it stung my eyes if I teared up or sweat. If I don’t do that, no sting lol. It reapplied smoothly but will pill with too much rubbing, swiping motion is recommended for initial and reapplication. 

I really like the feel of this. Not thick, but not runny. Feels cool on the skin. Has a slight silicone feeling but that goes away as it dries down. Claims to be hydrating with a super light finish, and lives up to that. 
I really like this for everyday use for my home office or being around the house with my windows open. Or in the backyard. Price point is good, this is a definite repurchase. 💛💛💛💛💛

It is very smooth and creamy, as opposed to the gel like description. It felt very good on my dry skin. And that price is a pretty good one, since a little goes a long way. I like to use this k  the nights I have to use my BPO. It keeps me from getting dry and flaky. And I think it helps the spots around my nose that get sensitized easily.
