I use this toner to complement my PM Routine skincare along with the Retinol serum product that I use. I use this toner at the first step to give it a hydrating effect and also balance the pH level in my skin after washing my face and don&#39;t use cotton.
Besides refreshing this toner, it also makes me not need to use the &quot;Essence&quot; step because this toner is very moist, different from the centella toner which is more liquid, this toner is actually liquid but a little slippery so I skip the essence step so that my skin is more comfortable.
