What is exfoliating good for? What are the effects from it? How often should you do it? What things can you use to exfoliate? Is there any cautions that you should keep in mind when exfoliating? Help!

Exfoliating

In my previous post, I talked about how I was introduced to a Korean skincare shop. In the shop I found lots of things I didn't quite know or understand.

At first, I asked about cleansing cream. From what I could collect, it's a cleanser that's usually in a creamy texture, and gently cleans and hydrates your face. Cleansing cream is good for dry and sensitive skin.

Cleansing powder:

I now have found another product that I've never heard of.
Cleansing powder.
Its a little hard to imagine a powder cleanser, which makes this more difficult for me.

My friend showed me a online store for Korean beauty and skin care. On it are a bunch of things I've never heard of!

My legs and arms are rather itchy after I shower cause of how dry my skin is, what can I do to help the dryness other than just cooler water? I also have arm acne that I don't know how to handle. Tips?

Noobie help

Very drying and caused me to breakout terribly, not for dry sensitive skin. 

It's definitely not for my skin type, and I didn't know that before using. Very cute and sparkly, gifted to me.
