I once discussed asking whether my give away was canceled because I was late responding to an email from Team Picky, I didn't get an email that I would be cancelled, I tried emailing them back to confirm if I was canceled from the give away winner they just said they would forward the message to the brand so I don't know if I will get the product or not.

Do you have the same experience? Is the product still being sent?

I really like the texture of this toner, it&#39;s very light, doesn&#39;t leave any stickiness and greasiness at all, even if I layer it using the 7 skin methods, it still feels light with very good hydration. When using this toner, it happened that my skin condition was dehydrated then after I used this toner, my dehydrated skin slowly improved in a fast time, besides that I always use this toner with the 7 Korean-style skin methods and wow my skin is wellhydrated and leaves my skin with the most beautiful glow. In addition, this toner prepares my skin for the next skincare step so that the product is more fully absorbed. I once combined this toner with panthenol moist cream, my skin was very glowing until the next day😍. So, this toner repairs my skin barrier and helps prevent my skin from becoming dehydrated again

I really like the packaging design of Tiam&#39;s products because it is very minimalist and clean. The toner bottle is transparent so it&#39;s easy to see how much toner is left.

This cleanser doesn&#39;t leave my skin moisturised like it claims. Actually this cleanser is better to use for people with acne prone skin because it contains centella, but because I rarely have acne this cleanser only cleans my face and is nothing special. Besides that, the kiehls product is not cruelty free😥. The price is too pricey for me

Kiehls centella cleanser is the first kiehls product I tried. This cleanser has no foam and smells at all like her claim. When using this cleanser, i remember of cetaphil cleanser because it has the same texture and taste when using it. When i rinse it, it looks like a &#39;layer&#39; so I rinse it thoroughly until this layer doesn&#39;t get crusty anymore. 

This cleanser cleanses my skin thoroughly, and does not cause comedones like its &#39;non-comedogenic&#39; claim.
Using this, I don&#39;t use any hydrating products to see whether this cleanser makes it dry or not, it doesn&#39;t dry out but it doesn&#39;t make my skin moisturised as it claims. During using, I didn&#39;t see any bad effects caused by this product, because this cleanser is quite gentle on my skin

When using this, my skin feels moisturised and refreshed. Besides that, this toner can also be used as a cleanser, but I never did. I use this when my skin feels very dry and this face mist is very moisturizing. Sometimes I also use this when I &#39;skip care&#39; and use this as a toner. I really like this
