What's an ampoule and how do I use one? I've heard this term a lot but I'm still a bit confused by it! Do any of you use ampoules and if so, how do you incorporate them into your routine? 🐟

I have a half-used bottle of Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA  concentrated serum that I got from The Ordinary maybe about 4 or 5 years ago. And I think I remember it turned brown-ish within a year, and has gotten a bit browner since then even though I tried my best to not leave it near sunlight or other light at first. I hate letting products go to waste though and am wondering if this is safe/effective enough to use on other parts of the body that are not the face? Such as on my legs, arms, etc?

I'm curious also if anyone knows and can explain the chemistry of why this serum turned brown over time while my Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% serum from The Ordinary bought around the same time has stayed clear? 

If the Alpha Arbutin has become less effective or safe over time due to its turning brown, I was wondering if someone could explain exactly what happens to the chemistry of the Aalpha Arbutin over time to cause that?

I heard that certain other types of clear serums that have turned brown/expired are unsafe to use on the skin once they've changed color, and I was wondering also if anyone remembered which ones and could explain what changed in its chemistry to make those serums unsafe past its expiration date?

Why does Alpha Arbutin turn brown over time and is it still safe and/or effective to use if it does?

So far, I absolutely love the Sunday Riley Good Genes All-In-One Lactic Acid Treatment! :) 

I've also tried the Biossance Squalane + Lactic Acid Resurfacing Night Serum and the Murad Revitalixir Recovery Serum, and I like both so far too!

What's your fave serum or skin treatment?

I haven&#39;t noticed anything I dislike about this product so far!

I received the Good Genes Lactic Acid Treatment complimentary from Sunday Riley, and I really love it! It works so well! After I used it the first time, though I didn&#39;t see results after 3 minutes as the box promised, I did see a decrease in my wrinkles after 30 minutes. My face looked so bright compared to before as well! The second time I used it the next day, I also saw an improvement! I&#39;m surprised how nice it makes my face look so quickly! I also like the scent of this product and the texture and how easily it spreads on my skin!

I haven&#39;t noticed much difference in my skin yet since I started using this moisturizer!

I like that this Clinique Moisture Surge 100 Hour Auto-Replenishing Hydrator moisturizer has a very light, nice, refreshing scent. It feels very nice and smooth on the skin!

I was gifted by Paula&#39;s Choice this RESIST Youth-Extending Daily Hydrating Fluid SPF 50 sunscreen in exchange for my honest review! I like that this sunscreen is lightweight and doesn&#39;t feel heavy or greasy on the skin the way normal sunscreens do! It&#39;s moisturizing and hydrating and not too sticky! There&#39;s no layer of white cast left from the sunscreen on my skin either! Overall I really like this!!

I don&#39;t notice anything I disliked about the product yet! But I just haven&#39;t observed enough of a difference in my skin from using this to give it a full 5 stars yet.

I was gifted by Laniege their Radian-C Cream in exchange for my honest review. This moisturizer feels very lightweight on the skin and has a light and pleasant scent! This cream glides on the skin so smoothly and easily, and it makes my skin feel so hydrated afterwards! I really like that this cream has vitamin C in it, and I think it does make my skin look brighter!

The scent is a little strong, and the mask doesn&#39;t match the blue of the product pics on Herbivore&#39;s website, and is instead more green than blue. Still an awesome mask though! :)

This Blue Tansy Resurfacing Clarity Mask from Herbivore Botanicals is a calming gel face mask containing blue tansy, white willow bark extract (natural BHA), and fruit enzymes (natural AHA) that clarifies skin, helps control shine, and refines pores. I really enjoyed using this face mask! It felt nice and cooling on the skin, and after 20 minutes of leaving it on, I washed it off and my skin felt very refreshed and clean!! The color of this mask is more green than the blue I had expected from the product pictures, and the scent of this mask is a little strong, though not unpleasant! I&#39;m very excited to hopefully see a reduction of blackheads and pores with continued use! Overall, I think this is a really nice face mask that I&#39;d definitely recommend trying out, especially for those with combination&#47;oily, blemish-prone skin! :)
