Is it okay to use niacinamide and biretx blemish while taking isotretinoin?

I've been suffering from inducible urticaria for years and there are times wherein my skin gets very itchy usually in my arms and back and the antihistamine would take a long time to effect.The doctor told me I have Chronic Inducible urticaria and gave me Allerta but sometimes it wont work🥺 Any lotions you can recommend for urticaria?I am now using Aveeno Triple Oat Complex.thank you

Looking for a moisturizer with sunscreen that does not have a shiny finish. I am using the La Roche Posay Double Repair Moisturizer but the problem is my face looks so oily/shiny afterwards.
 Any recos for a good moisturizer with sunscreen that does not give a oily finish?and that has passed clinical trials. thank you

Moisturizer Reco please

Anyone here have tried taking Isotret given by the derm? I am curious some derms dont allow facials ,one should wait after 3 months, some dermas allow facials even if your taking isotret. Any idea which is right? And what were ur skincare routines when on isotret intake?My derma gave me a prescription with other skincare actives while on isotret which made me have second thoughts with her😅
