Can I apply retinol on top of a vitamin C serum? I’m currently using Vitamin C in the AM and retinol in the PM but I’m hoping to move my vitamin C to my PM routine because it makes my skin greasy. These are the products I’m using.

I currently use the Inky List’s retinol eye cream and then The Ordinary’s 0.5% retinol oil on top of that. I’m wondering if this is too much or unnecessary. Is there a benefit to using a separate eye cream with retinol if I’m already using an oil over my entire face?

A lot of people say patting a skincare product into the skin is effective but what are the benefits over gently rubbing it in. I feel gentle rubbing allows it to go over more surface area faster

Should you pat or rub a product in?

No bad points except the ingredients could be better. This falls in the risky category for my skin type

It broke me out. I got so many spots when I used it and I thought it was a fluke until I tried jt again a week later and the same thing happened. There are much better ones out there for sensitive skin (I have chronic hives). Try Cereve!

I was recommended this by my dermatologist and used it when I ran out of my favourite moisterisor. It is gentle and good for sensitive skin. It had no fragrance too.

To be honest, nothing pops out to me. Its a pretty great product

Wow I am not a toner person but this has quickly become an essential in my routine. I love patting it into my skin after cleansing to refresh my face and hydrate it. It is not sticky or tacky and absorbs so well!

For me, it did not do much. It was not the best exfoliating product that I tried and after a while, I stopped using it and my skin was the same as before.
