Might be a little bit too much for people with sensitive skin.  It's s really really strong product.  Not only because of the high strength retinol but theres a few other ingredients that might be a little scary for sensitive faces.  My skin isn't even the least bit sensitive at all.  So myself and anyone else out there with stainless steel strength skin will benefit from all of the same ingredients that our sensitive skin counterparts might fear.

I've never been all that impressed with retinol products that weren't prescription strength but THIS ONE???? Omg.... It's literally magic!

The only "Con" I can think of with this product is actually in relation to the "Pro" I mentioned above.  Those ingredients I mentioned happen to be some very high-strength ingredients but, since my skin isn't even the slightest bit sensitive, I don't have any problems using products like this.  However, someone who's skin is a little more sensitive than mine is might experience a fair amount of irritation when first using anything like this.  
That's the only negative I can think of when it comes to this product.  The only other thing I might say is just that I wish the ascorbic acid was higher.  I prefer products that have an ascorbic acid concentration of 20%, or at the very minimum, 15%, while this has only 10%.

It contains 10% Ascorbic Acid, 2% Kojic acid, Niacinamide, and Ferulic Acid!

I haven't experienced any negative traits of this product.  However people who have sensitive skin might want to approach with caution at first, just because of the fact that ascorbic acid, especially at such a high concentration, can cause some irritation until your skin adjusts to it.  My skin isn't sensitive at all, though, so I have no problems with irritation when I use it.

I can't think of anything I dislike with this stuff!  I very RARELY get excited about cleansers, or any other "rinse-off" product for that matter..... Mainly just because I had heard a long time ago that "rinse-off" products don't really get to do much for your skin in the short amount of time before they're rinsed off..... But this stuff is an exception for me!

This was the first product I had ever tried from UrbanSkinRX and after trying it, I was instantly HOOKED!!! Not even on just this product itself but the entire brand!
One thing I always loved with this is the "3in1" (cleanser, mask, & exfoliator).  It works wonders in all 3 categories.

VERY EFFECTIVE! Probably one of the strongest chemical exfoliants you can get without getting a peel from a professional
