Maybe the nozzle needs to be improved. Gets less pumpy overtime. Overall id still repurchase! 

It is so hydrating and blends perfectly unto skin. Doesn't break me out! Holy grail of a sensiyive girly like me! 

maybe the contents of 1 bottle is noy enough and might be too expensive for some who want to try it out. there's a trial kit anyway but if I were them, I'd buy the big one 

MY HOLY GRAIL! the only retinol cream that didnt give me breakouts! i definitely cant live without this retinol 😭😭😭

Maybe the only area for improvement will be the cap which I think looses as time passes by. Bit complicated as it is leaking while has to be way up in my cabinet

Didn't irritatemy skin. Been using this facial wash since 2023 and my skin still loves it. I normally change skincare products every 6months but this facial cleanser just matches with my skin type. 

I dont have anything negative about this product. Maybe the packaging needs to be improved or change or update timely since the are lots of counterfeit already

Maybe the only thing that needs to be improved is the thickness of the bottle itself. It is a bit too thin and fragile. I actually broke 1 bottle already (my fault) 

It is very lightweight and can easily be absorbed by my skin. I haven't had any breakouts during the span of months from using this ampule.
