My First Ever Win

Nothing ! I love it and I’m addicted to it. But it has lavender oil,no added fragrance. So you might want to reconsider if you have sensitive skin or trouble with lavender smell. It smells strong.

This is a dream sunscreen for my oily dkin.And here’s why:
📍Super light texture.Blends effortlessly and settles into a natural dewy finish
📍A true cooling sunscreen that feels like my skin’s temperature has dropped the moment I apply this.
📍Doesn’t make my oily skin feel heavy or greasy. Infact, it keeps my skin moisturised without any heavy feel
📍Reapplication is smooth and breezy

It’s not a fast action acne care solution. So don’t expect to see any drastic change overnight. It’s more like a maintenance product in my opinion. Great to use for troubled skin ever day 

Really effective in soothing skin irritation. I tried ysing it on my painful pimple and it immediately calmed the skin. It’s also quite hydrating, so I can even apply it on rest of my face without feeling the dryness that most acne care products give.

🌾 Somebymi Sunscreen Review 
I’m back after a week long vacation and guess what I used as everyday sunscreen there? This hybrid sunscreen by the brand “Some by Mi”. It comes in a cute and compact size, ideal for carrying in your bag ( the reason I decided to take this with me for travelling) . The texture is milky and runny and smells lemony to me but not sure how accurate that’d be since I’m really poor at describing smells. 

🔑 Points: 
- It’s a brightening sunscreen that gives a tone up effect. Contains glutathione & niacinamide as for brightening the skin 

- Contains hydrating ingredients like Hyaluronic acid & glycerin

- The texture is very very runny and appears oily at first. But after applying the oily and shiny finish goes away and gives skin a weightless glowy look

🧡 My experience: So tone up sunscreens are always scary and tricky for me. I’m obviously not the “fairest of them all” 🌚 so I usually stay away from tone up products. This sunscreen however worked for me. I usually don’t rub any tone up products directly. But instead, I find pat-pat motion works better for this kind of products. I love how weightless it actually feels.If you’re not into glowy finish, this isn’t for you. You can clearly see the glow it leaves behind once settled. It’s absolutely non-oily and stays like that for long hours!



Most Anti aging products take time to work. So is this one. Didn’t see any noticeable changes on hyperpigmentation but I don’t expect it to work fast . So no complaints 

Love the gentle formula.The texture is so beautiful. Spreads nicely on skin.I do use another cream(sleep mask) just to be safe.I’ve oily combi skin with hyperpigmentations. I can see it did make my fine lines area a bit smoother and brighter.I think I’ll keep using it as a powerful night cream.

💧𝑻𝒆𝒙𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 & 𝑺𝒎𝒆𝒍𝒍 : It has a gel like clear texture that dissolves into more watery, semi-thick consistency and smoothly glides on.Can’t detect any noticeable smell,so that’s a plus for me!

♥𝑴𝒚 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 : 

▸ The beads made me a bit apprehensive since I don’t like to smash each one in my palm before applying.But surprisingly they are so gentle and dissolve in no time at all.
▸ Love the lightweight formula. It feels sticky for few minutes but then there’s no tacky feel afterwards.
▸ I love the ingredients so much. A pure Niacinamide serum suits mostly oily skin since they are really effective in oil control.But this one is very hydrating and suitable for probably every kind of skin. 
▸ Comes in a huge glass bottle. So you get more than you pay for in terms of quantity. I’ve been using it for a month on and off , but looks like almost in mint condition! Crazy impressive right ?!
▸ Very mild , non- irritant ampoule. So it’ll be best for beginners or sensitive skin.
▸ In terms of performance, I’ve few brown sun spots and I don’t see any change in their appearance till now. But since this ampoule is very mild and sun spots are really tough to remove,I won’t blame on the products effectiveness here. 

★ 𝑫𝒐 𝑰 𝑹𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒅 𝑰𝒕 ? 

Skin1004 has an amazing array of mild products and they are so gentle and so good for beginners,sensitive skin or even broken barriers ! So yes I do recommend this if you’re looking for a gentle brightening formula. If you’ve some serious spot fading expectations from this,chances are you’ll get disappointed,unfortunately!
