Hi everyone, so I'm not sure if this is a problem.
I had a late submission on a giveaway I received. Later that same day, I received a mail from Picky saying my account was at risk of being blacklisted and I had 3 days left to submit the review. 
This was later sorted out and verified that submission has been made. 
But since then, I am not sure about the status of my account, if the suspension had been removed. I have sent several emails (up to 8) to Picky and none was answered which is unusual as my previous emails receive response within a day or two, which is making me believe that my account may have been suspended. 
Has anyone encountered this issue before? How was it rectified? What should I do?

Byoma Moisturizing Rich Cream 50ml:

This was on the thick side, but my oily face really loved it. It leaves a non greasy soft finish and my face perked up.
I noticed my face began flaking from tret when I was trying out a gel cream, but I quickly switched back to this and that sorted it out overnight. 

The only con here is the bottle. It's quite thick and the pump can't get out what stays on the solid plastic walls( which is about half the content)😓🥺. 

Key Ingredients: Ceramide NP, bakuchiol, Shea extract, lactic acid, olive fruit oil, oleic acid, tocopherol

Definitely a repurchase (we want a softer bottle)

I know! It's disappointing! seeing as this is the golden lady of Boujee traditional serums.
My heart 💔 too! Like why?!
Is it that my face is classless and can't even pretend to have good taste? Others had great luck, why not me? 😭😭
Oh well ❤️‍🩹.....at least, it did have the most enjoyable spicy scent, sinks in like a dream too.

No one deserves this! 
Whatever were the formulators thinking? If you have a thing for slugging, then this is what you should be using.
The reviews I read about this item was good, so what exactly were they talking about?  
The texture is unforgivably dense like Vaseline and feels same way on the skin, you'd feel suffocated. It doesn't sink in, it pills when applying makeup too. It smells like wax! It is Wax! Period!
I dread using this and I have clogged pores in the few times I did. I usually power through items I don't like because I hate waste. But this one?
It's a Nope! Nope! Again, I say NO! It has to go!
I really want to think your skin needs to be desert dry to have a shot at this. But even then, don't say I didn't tell ya!

It takes to rub it in to minimize the white cast on my darker skin tone

✨This is a mineral sunscreen that feels surprisingly light weight. It leaves a white cast that diminishes considerably as I keep rubbing it in. It didn't dry sticky and I haven't experienced any irritation using it.

I'm glad this is a 100ml bottle because I want it to last forever. This serum really gets my face in a supple resting state. It feels soothing and moisturizing  and the 3 types of ceramides in it keeps my skin barrier healthy.
 No irritation has been noticed while using this but I prefer to use at night because it has a rather oily finish for me.
