Not a huge difference for my dark circles but would still use for its skin plumping and smoothing effect

This eye cream comes in a silver tube with a small nozzle which easily dispenses a precise amount of product, so no wastage. 
The cream itself is a beautifully thick non sticky formula that sinks right in leaving the eye area instantly feeling hydrated and smooth with a lovely matt effect, the perfect base for makeup. 

The cream is also extremely gentle, I have reactive prone skin and this formula has caused no irritation. 

After my 14 day trial, I have noticed the bags and fine lines under and around my eyes have rapidly reduced leaving my skin plump and hydrated. My dark circles appear to be less noticeable.

Overall I will continue to use and repurchase this eye cream and would highly recommend it for its plumping and smoothing benefits.

The brilliant tear shaped dropper delivers an exact measure of the product meaning no waste and I love that the dropper can be left in the bottle and the bottle sealed making future applications easier.
It's virtually fragrance free and a little goes a long way. I also followed the instructions on the box and put the serum in the fridge 30 minutes before use and it delivered a lovely cooling calming effect that revitalised my skin. 
The serum quickly sank into my skin, sealing it and leaving a non sticky smooth surface with a matt glowing complexion.

I received these products for free from Picky and Athé in exchange for my honest review.

The set came in 3 shades:
💄01 Authentic (gloss)
💄04 Chilly (matte)
💄11 Low-Key (gloss)

And included a key chain and 2 ribbons that can be attached to the lip balm cases. 

The execution of the packaging is very impressive, these are no ordinary lip balms. They have a luxurious feel with a secure magnetic close case. 

These lip balms are sheer in tint with a buildable colour intensity. They are non sticky (which is very important), lovely and smooth to apply, highly moisturising, nourishing and long lasting. 

I love the colour options and the mix of matte and shiny, they help create different looks while still protecting and hydrating my lips. It’s also important to point out the matte lip balm is non drying. 

The lip balms have completely restored my dry cracked lips within 24 hours and I now won’t go anywhere without one. I’ve already put one in my car and one in my handbag and plan on buying more as stocking fillers for my friends and family. Best lip balm I’ve used to date.

It's not often I come across a product that I would actively avoid in the future but unfortunately this is one.
I've tried to like this product as I love Neutrogena skincare but this does not agree with my skin AT ALL.
Within 12 hours of using it once, I start to get dry sore patches of skin around my eyes, nose and mouth. And within 24 hours my eyes are also swollen and puffy. 72 hours later and I look like the elephant man, my eyes are hugely swollen and my lower face is covered in an extremely itchy red blister rash. I've tried to just use it when I have a breakout but even using it once my skin reacts badly every time.

The acids in this 'daily' face wash are FAR too strong. I have a normal skin type. This could POSSIBLY be suited to oily acne prone skin as it seems to strip all the oil and moisture out of mine.

Every single review on the Neutrogena website for this product are people who have had the same severe reaction, EVERY SINGLE ONE, yet it's still being sold.
