Hi, I am new in Picky! I saw many in the beauty community discussed about retinol for antiaging. I am in my 40's, but I am not sure how to use retinol in my routine. Mostly, people suggest to use one at the beginning of 20's, but I am already far too behind. 
My existing routine:
Cleanser, toner, peptide serum, moisturizing spf or moisturizer (night)
Which step should I apply retinol? And I read about tretenoin but I have no idea which is better. 
Please suggest me the best way to use one for my age. Thank you!

I have fine lines around my eyes, but it is not fading. I had tried several eye creams, yet nothing seems to work. Any eye cream or treatment recommendation? 

My dark spots are not fading. I have been using tranexamix acid, vitamin c, niacinamide and alpha arbutin, however, not much improvement on my skin. What can I do?

This serum feels amazing on skin! At first, I thought it has a thicker consistency but it absorbs fast into the skin. I have been using it twice daily since receiving it! It is hydrating with wonderful ingredients such as Licorice root extract, beta glucan, pycnogenol, niacinamide and adenosine.The product fits my need as I want something that can hydrates my skin with something extra. It's not just a hydrating products, but also helps to brightens skin and improve skin texture. Throughout my usage, my skin glows and feels very healthy.

This is a great moisturizer that is creamy yet lightweight. It contains several types of ceramides and cholestrol which can mimic the skin structure to support skin's moisture barrier and prevent water loss. It feels premium, scentless, and very soothing on the skin. I have been using this since I received it, it feels very moisturizing and a great base before makeup. It absorbs quickly and the skin feels very soft after used. It doesn't irritate my skin at all, since it doesn't contains any actives.

The price is higher than most centella essence in the market. 

This is my first ever 100% centella asiatica essence! It is lightweight as an essence, almost watery with slight thicker consistency compared to water. The essence takes some time to absorb in, and I tend to layer two layers of it for more hydration. After using it, I would say this product has a soothing effect and that it helps with reducing redness on my face. I have been using it with a mist spray bottle for easy application. I think it is suitable for sensitive irritated skin to calm down the inflammation on skin.

I actually bulk purchase this product for family use. It is an exceptional product that brightens my skin in the form of a peeling gel. I felt that my skin is exfoliated gently with great satisfaction of the gel peeling. Though it's a peeling gel, it doesn't peel but create physical particle when you massage your skin. From my experience, it is never drying nor stripping. The after effect is always good. Dr.G products are works without irritation with sensitive skin.

Quite expensive and hard to find in my country.

Amazing to use! It doesn't has a white cast, it is very lightweight and stays well underneath makeup. Having dry sensitive skin, this is moisturizing enough for me for my morning routine. The product is between gel and creamy but lightweight.
