Hi, i want to try retinol to treat my acne because somehow i feel like BHA is not working enough, so yea, i want to use retinol as acne treatment not the anti aging. Do you guys have any recs? I think about this product, is this good for beginner? I need your advice. Thank you

All Time Fave Moisturizers for Oily Skin

Hai! kali ini aku mau merekomendasikan produk face cleanser dari brand lokal yaitu Wardah Hydra Rose Gel-to-Foam cleanser.

Teksturnya gel berwarna bening yang ringan banget. Ketika dibusakan, busanya ini ngga terlalu banyak tapi daya bersihnya cukup oke.

Cleanser ini tidak mengandung alcohol dan paraben, tetapi masih mengandung fragrance ya. Tenang, wanginya cukup sopan di hidung dan ngga mengganggu sama sekali. Malah menurutku wanginya relaxing.

Aftertastenya kulit terasa bersih dan ngga kering sama sekali. Justru kulit masih ternaga kelembabannya.

Yang terpenting cleanser ini ramah di kantong. Kalian bisa beli cleanser ini seharga 25 ribu rupiah di e-commerce, sedangkan untuk pembelian offline di minimarket harganya sekitar 35 ribu.

Wardah Hydra Rose Gel-to-Foam Cleanser

I dont find any bad things about this product.

First thing that catch my eyes is the packaging. It has shiny silver metallic tube with a big sun icon on top of it. I  decided to buy this sunscreen because of its price that really cheap (around $4) for 70ml!! This sunscreen has a creamy texture, neither too heavy nor too light. It is really quick to absorb onto my skin. It is a hybrid sunscreen and contains zinc oxide and titanium dioxide, so it will make a lil bit whitecast at the beginning, but dont worry it will blend with your skin color within a minute. There is a subtle smell and wont bother you at all. I thought the finish would be matte, but it turns out that it giving satin finish (lil bit matte with dewy look). The performance on my oily skin is so so, it is getting oily in the next 2-3 hrs.

- Kinda hard to cleanse

Affordable clay mask, and this product is available at the nearest minimarket. As the name of the product, sebum control, for my oily skin it can helps to absorb the sebum immediately.

I dont like the finish. it is too dewy and give shiny looks. My face getting oily in at the next 2 or 3 hrs. This product also comedogenic so i need to add the frequent of exfoliate my skin when i use this. Oh and the packaging is not friendly. i need to put more effort to put out the lotion, like we usually put out sauce from its bottle.

I like the texture, it is very lightweight and watery. This product could calm redness on my skin. My skin feel hydrated rather than moisturized when I use this.

the pipet itself often stuck and hard to pull out. besides, the liquid around the mouth of the bottle would become crusty in a long time.

It has a milky white texture. I like it that much because it could easily absorb to my skin. My acnes could be treated well with this serum,  all kind of acnes. pustule, papule, and the others. My hyperpigmentation also gradually faded. It only costs around 100.000 rupiahs or $6 but the result is just 👌👌👌 chef kiss

1. The texture is hard to blend since it is heavy cream textured.
2. Not a fan of fragrance but still i can bare with it. One thing i dislike from the fragrance is the smell that getting weird from time to time when we use it.
3. The whitecast is intolerable for me😭 but dont worry it only happens for a moment when i apply the sunscreen on my skin, it will getting blurry within 10-15 mins.
4. The oil control is just so so

This 50ml mineral sunscreen comes in a slim and orange-coloured bottle. As what stated on the name, this sunscreen contains calamine 15,000ppm, an ingredient that helps to treat pimples and has oil control since it mattifies your skin. Other good ingredients that you can find in this product are panthenol, centella asiatica extract, and niacinamide. So other than protects our skin from the UV rays, it can calming, soothing, and brightening our skin.
