Hi! I have a question about masks whose instructions are something on the line of "leave for 10 minutes and clean the rest with a cotton pad". Do you really do that? I always wash my face with water after them because I feel the cotton pad is just not enough. 
So I wonder if I might be reducing its effectiveness?

Washing off face masks

Last weekend I went hiking for the first time since I have a consistent skincare routine. It's important to note that I slept on the mountain so I had no skincare product at all other than moisturizer and SPF. 

I wonder if it's better washing my face just with water or if I should use the body soap. What do you think? Thanks!

I would like to know your thoughts on my evening routine. This is what I use:

1- cleneaser.
2- Niacinamide acid.
3- Retinol serum.
4- Moisturizer.

I'm not sure if I should change the order: niacinamide before or after retinol?

1- How can I know whether a sunscreen is mineral or chemical if the product doesn't say it? 

2- Why do I have half an hour after the application of sunscreen and before exposing to the sun?

I have always read both of that statements (specially the second) and I want to understand the specific/scientific reason behind them.

Hi everyone! I'm kind of new in this skincare world so I need your help. 
I'm looking for an affordable chemical exfoliating but there are so many options I don't know what to choose! Do you have any recommendations? 
I may say that I have never used any, so I might need something not so strong. Thank you all!!

This serum has helped me not only brightening my skin but also improving fine lines. It didn&#39;t cause any bad reaction.

It contains alcohol. It&#39;s hard to rinse off, definitely not enough with a cotton pad.

Feels nice. My skin looks healthy after I use it.

Avoid applying it on dry skin areas. I started using it all around my face and it dried the area around the mouth so badly.

I have combination skin and after a month of use I can say it works WONDERS for me. It really helps improving the appearance of the pores and controlling oiliness.
