The only negative thing about this moisturizer and this is nit-picking…it is a very thick cream and isn’t ideal during hot, humid weather. But it will be perfect in the winter when the weather turns cold and dry. 

This moisturizer is a thick emollient cream formulated to help restore & maintain the skin’s moisture barrier. It contains 5,000ppm ceramides along with allantoin and squalane. It spreads easily across the face and absorbs quickly without feeling greasy. I appreciate the fact that it’s fragrance-free, vegan and cruelty-free. I used it as part of my evening skincare routine and my skin felt very hydrated and replenished in the morning. 

I really can’t think of anything bad about with product other than wishing that i could purchase it in a bigger bottle!

This product had been a blessing for me for the past year to help combat maskne. A couple skincare Youtubers recommended it and for only $13 CDN, I thought why not try it. The cleanser comes in a 150 ml bottle but it will last for a while. I love that it is fragrance free and has a light lather. I will message it in my skin for a minimum of 20-30 seconds. I will sometimes leave it on my face a minute or two if my skin is breaking out. It rinses off easily without leaving any residue or without making my skin feel dry or tight. For anyone who is acne or blemish prone, I definitely recommend this cleanser!

I’m starting to get bored with the whole single ingrediant active trend. I wish that the Inkey List would develop more multi-use products.

I purchased this product a few months ago to help keep my maskne at bay. It is a great all-purpose niacinamide serum that layers well with other products and does not pill. It is fragrance free and I experienced no irriation from using it. For $9 CDN, it’s an affordable treatment and I do recommend it to others!

This product comes in a jar and I wish it was either in a air-tight pump or a tube.

I bought this during the last Sephora sale based solely on the glowing reviews of a number of YouTube Creators. This mask has a jelly-like texture with absorbable beads of yuzu inter-spersed throughout it. Normally I avoid fragrance in my skincare products but the scent of this mask is absolutely divine. Now before application, it is recommended to apply a moisturizer first. I do recommend this step so as to reduce the amount of product needed. I’ve seen numerous complaints that this mask is very sticky, turns skin yellow and&#47;or can cause breakouts. I have a feeling it’s because people are using too much of the mask to hydrate their skin…but this is solely my opinion.

I received this serum sample in my May Ipsy Glam Bag. I knew about the Mamonde brand since they are part of the Amore Pacific portfolio but have not had the chance to try any of their products. So I was pretty excited to get this in my bag. 

This product’s most unique ingredient is the Blossoming Energy which according to them, harnesses the power of flowers to improve skin. Skin benefits include hydration, a boost in the skin’s barrier function, improved firmness and clarity. It also has antioxidants which help to ward off free radical damage and hyperpigmentation. 

Notable ingredients include: niacinamide, tranexamic acid, sodium hyaluronate, pomegranate extract, rosehip extract and acetic acid. 

This serum goes on silky smooth and layers well with other products with no piling. It has a light scent but it is not off putting. I can’t really evaluate the brand’s claims since my sample was only 5 ml but I didn’t experience any irritation or sensitivity after using it. The price for a 30 ml bottle starts at $40 USD.
