Nothing except it has added fragrance but i don't think that would be a problem after looking at the ingredients list.

The only downfall is that it has added fragrance (fresh, green and earthy), a bit strong which might not suit some people.

It has really improved my skin texture and has even helped in shrinking my pores. It also improves the health of the skin. 
I noticed pilling like just two times out of those 4 weeks so i guess that's okay. Other than that it's a really great product. I have already emptied half a bottle. 

Nothing other than the messy application process 

I love this particular shade a lot. The balms are good but gets a little Messier after application, other than that they are moisturizing and keeps lips hydrated for about three to four hours.
